LMC
I had a similar problem finding "oh love" the Irish 7digital store but I eventually found it. I'm not sure if these links will work but give them a try. http://no.7digital.c...se/oh-love?h=01 http://se.7digital.c...se/oh-love?h=01 Thats as far as I got too. I did email Warner about it yesterday though. Im still waiting a reply. Thanks for the help, unfortunately my voucher didn't work either... whatserbmae
I can't download Oh Love It's not in the norwegian 7digital site. Hi Oda, just wondering where you ordered your box set? It's all so confusing - the Norwegian release dates are 4 days early, and the German option through greenday.com is the only site who lists September 21st as release date. So I'm assuming ordering from that site is the only way to get the CD's at the release date here? It's all in German, which sucks. I really wish they would make it possible to order it from each country's Warner office. A bit frustrated after I calculated the import tax and fees yesterday, the total for getting the box set is €126. Because it costs more than €27 it's a 25% import tax + fee which sucks a lot. I didn't check the release date either, but i won't be home when it gets here anyways so it doesn't matter.

I want to make sure I at least have the digital download on September 21st. €86.76 is the total I get too, then there's the €23 import tax (mva) and the €17 tax handling fee which is charged before receiving the package at the post office. Norway sucks. It would probably be cheaper to get it all separately from a local store here. :/ But I really want the books and the boxes. Not sure what to do. I don't know, cd's and dvd's can get pretty expensive in stores here too. Sucks indeed.
TheJedi
i still dont know if i should buy this box set or not. i really want the books and the dvd with the albums.. but the best thing would be if you could order a box set with the three albums on LP with the documentary and the books.. without idiot club and stuff, 'cause i dont want my membership to renew yet haha

Edit: And if you don't want it to renew when it expires, you can just save the coupon code for when you want to activate it again.

whatserbmae
I`ve posted this before - if you country isn`t on the list to be shipped to email customerservice@warnerartists.com and ask them. they might be able to explain why and maybe suggest a way round this. The e-mail address that you posted doesn't work, it gives me an error message back. I found another e-mail address which works though - greendaystore@warnerbrosrecords.com
Trina
Wasn't sure whether to post this in here or the general trilogy album and sorry if it's been said but did anyone notice on the pre-order greenday.com page on the Dos cover part, Mike's head looks around the same size as Billie and Tre's, unlike on the covers we've seen. Do you think it's just for the pre-order page or that they decided to resize it and the actual cover will be like that? Hope the latter!

I think that's because the albums in the complete box set are different. This is the picture for the digital box set: Looks like those are the album covers for CDs. The covers from the 40 page books in the complete box set are slightly different (Mike's head is bigger )

Alan86
Warner just emailed me for the second time saying I should now be able to download "Oh Love" I then tried it and had the exact same problem as before. GuitarPunk94
i asked warner a few things that confused me about the pre-order..here is what they told me about ¡CUATRO! "I am sorry I can not tell you why it's called 'exclusive dvd'. This product is a part of the set and will not be offered as a stand-alone product. It comes with the 2. CD 'DOS'." so there wont be no first-time-airing-premiere at the sundance film festival in january imo...and the dvd really will be released with DOS (thats weird because we will be probably be able to listen to TRÉ songs, although TRÉ will be released 2 month later ) and (whats the most important thing in my eyes)...the DVD ¡CUATRO! (making-of the trilogy) will be only released with the Ultimate Bundle Set or the Digital Set. You wont be able to receive a copy of the DVD as a standalone product in your local store, etc. .. That's quite weird. But the content of that "exclusive" dvd has not been confirmed yet. Maybe it's a whole different dvd (probably not) with some live footage of songs from Uno and Dos? Overjoyed
The e-mail address that you posted doesn't work, it gives me an error message back. I found another e-mail address which works though - greendaystore@warnerbrosrecords.com I e-mailed Warner a couple days back and get a reply the day after. I used this e-mail address: customerservice@warnerartists.net. I don't think there will be any extra taxes or handling fees, will there? I ordered mine from the German store with the hope to get the CD's as early as possible. But as Oda wrote, the total I paid was about 84 Euro, taxes were included in the total price of 70 Euro and then there was the shipping fee 14 Euro. I think that's it? That's what they charged me at least and I don't think they can charge more if I haven't agreed to more than 84 Euro?

farley drexel hatcher
That's a bit weird about the DVD. Perhaps it's just an extra thing. There's no way they wouldn't make the actual DVD available to everyone.
