Is anyone else who has this now really digging the box it came it? It's so cool, and it even has a place holder for until you get the rest of the albums and the DVD!

I am beyond pissed. So I pre-ordered the box set, knowing it would sell out. I bought it mid-August, super happy. I noticed I never got a confirmation email, but the money via paypal did go through and it was paid for. I never got my download links, I never got my confimation email. I emailed the Green Day webstore and through a very long converstation, here's the answer they gave me: "Through an error in our system, it seems like your order was never placed and kept in our records. We apologize." They refunded my money and gave me what as an apology? a 10% disscount code for the webstore. 10%.... I asked them to just send them another box instead of refunding me, but they said they are all sold out..

I am so mad and heartbroken guys. I was so exicted. I pre-ordered it early. And through a glitch, the webstore's own fault, I won't have it :( So pissed. What did I do to deserve this :(

That really sucks, man. There was a glitch when I ordered mine... I noticed I wasn't charged tax or shipping and I didn't receive a confirmation email. So I contacted them, and they replied back 2 days later apologizing, refunded my money and gave me a 10% discount towards another box set. I didn't have a problem reordering one at all.

i guess they just produced as much ultimate bundle box sets as it was necessary and now just stopped the producing because the first part of the trilogy got finally released..

I just got mine in today!!! (Im from northern ontario, canada!)

The tracking number says its still in Des Plaines. So maybe some of the international packages are closer than they seem?

I'm not sure when you guys tried to buy it, but this all happen around September 13th... that's when they responded to my email apologizing.

This is awful :( I thought they take things seriously, but apparently the only thing they do right is charge.

I FINALLY got mine today. A couple days back, I got this reply from warner after I sent them a complaint:

"I am sorry that you have not received your shipment as you expected. I apologize for the delay. Our warehouse found a few orders left behind on the shipping dock which ended up shipping late, on 9/27."

They didn't even send mine out till AFTER the release date! But I'm glad I finally got mine, even if it was a week late.

I know I live in New Zealand and it's far away, but mine has said it's departed from Des Plaines, IL since the release date, and nothing happened since!

That tells me it's been on the plane/ship or however it's getting here, for 8 days!?

This is why I'm glad I went out and bought the normal version of the album on the Australia release date. I got the physical album before other countries and it still gives me something before my box set arrives
