The Trilogy Albums: ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, and ¡Tré!

Last time around, US tour dates were announced just four days after the first single was released. Geeze, I'm beyond fucking excited for all of this to start happening again. Life with Green Day around is always great.

Warning only had 12 songs, but it had like four singles. If Warner is only counting this as one album, an album with 36 songs, woudn't they have to do Warning times three for a good single ratio? Twelve seems unrealistic, though, so I could see them doing nine, three per album, if they spaced them out well.

American Idiot had 13 songs and 5 singles. Just saying.

Maybe there will be 2 singles per album. :runaround: I guess we have to wait and see.

I think the DVD should come with Tre.It would suck if after buying the albums they release a DVD too separately.

I think it's much worse if they just release the DVD as exclusive with the boxset with all the three albums. That way you have to buy them again if you want the DVD.

I hope not. I keep my scholarship for Green Day concert out of Poland not for boxet. But as far as I know myself, I'd buy a boxet especially for DVD.

I got a new group of friends this summer and I spent all my savings for the tour... I hate me

I know the records here will cost a lot more this year, but I don't give a damn, I'll get them! I'm saving all my money for that: the greatest cause.

If what Rob Cavallo said is true, that there's "not a dud" in the bunch... well, they could pull a Taylor Swift and release basically every song as a single

I know Rolling Stone said the band was making a documentary about making the albums but as far as i know there has been no confirmation of that by the band and they certainly have said nothing about releasing it.. They never released heart like a hand grenade so they may never release this one either.

I mean in all the press releases about the new albums they have not mentioned a documentary .

I think that with all the studio updates, we already have something. I think they are some kind of preview of the documentary themselves.

I think the documentary would be the kind of thing you release after the albums are out, not before. They might not mention it for a year.

...or years :P (for the love of god, let's hope not!)

sure they have recorded everything, but it does not mean we'll ever see any more than the clips they've given us to excite us.

If it is something that will be released a year or so after the albums, then i would say its release is completely dependant on the commercial success of this trilogy.

Nope, Billie posted on twitter a picture of all three holding their album covers saying they're all completed

I actually like the colour scheme of Tré! the most. It still doesn't deserve the prize for most colour matched cover, but I like it the best.

though as for faces, Billie's face on Uno! is the best.

also I'm sure this has been said before but I hope now people will start differentiating between Tre the drummer and Tré the album since they're two names that are almost the same spare for a detail. The accents I mean. As in that Tre the drummer does not have an accent on the e.

There's dates on each of them! Must be the day they were each finished being mastered.

Clearly Uno will be the worst album seeing as it took the least amount of time. :P

I wonder why there is text above Uno and Tre but not Dos?

I guess that is what I am seeing.

If all three are finished now, seems awfully silly to make us wait until Sept, Nov and Jan to get our hands on them.

3 months of a marketing push by Warner I'd presume! Gotta make them big bucks y'all!

Except it'd be 6 months for Tre. Seems greedy if your theory is correct.

I could be wrong(as usual), but i'd assume the marketing push for Tre won't go into overdrive until Dos is released. Same goes for Dos. There'll be mentions of them, but you won't be seeing any adverts in magazines or on the tv.
