The Trilogy Albums: ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, and ¡Tré!

I'm just seeing a pattern there. And so what if it's not going to be like that. I don't see how it is over-analyzing.

It just seems that whenever you strike a subject someone finds useless, boring or silly is marked as over-analyzing.

But alright. I'll shut up about it. Let's bring it back on-topic.

I'm sorry for my reaction. I had a bad moment, I guess I kind of overreacted on the over-analyzing issue.

You might be right about it though. It won't happen again.

But that's what makes us Green Day fans so special, we make a huge deal of every little detail we possible can and take everything as some sort of clue.

Instead of what the front of the albums looks like ................ I wonder what the back of the albums will look like ( apart from the tracklists )

Billie already gave us a hint for Uno

Cleo, Rocky, and Cleveland

Considering that front of album have face, I can imagine that back will contain ass. :D It's probably unrealistic but it would be hillarious

It will probably be something really random but related to each member who is on the cover xD

We're better than some polish politicians seeing everywhere conspiracy. However, it makes a lot of fun. After all we can see, if we have predicted right or wrong.

I've got a feeling, that on one artwork, maybe on CD, there will be pic of glitterball.

Actually, I think overanalysing things is just really fun. And I'll go with purple for Tré, the explanation seems convincing to me.

So I was thinking about what the tracklist for Uno could be, and I have come to 2 conclusions.

First (and what we discussed a lot when the Uno trailer came out): The whiteboard shown in the Uno trailer probably is just a mix of songs, not divided into the separate albums. I say this because song that were confirmed for Uno in the Rolling Stone article and interview are in both columns (Stay The Night and Carpe Diem in the first column, Kill The DJ in the second). Meanwhile, It's Fuck Time (confirmed for Dos) is also in the second column. So the songs seem to be mixed, and not divided by album and column.

Second (I don't remember seeing much discussion about this): The handwritten list in the Uno trailer seems to list only songs that were confirmed for Uno, but nothing confirmed for either of the other albums. It has Stay The Night and Carpe Diem, both mentioned in the article to be on Uno, but not songs like It's Fuck Time, Amy, Brutal Love, or X Kid (confirmed for Dos and Tre). So I think the 10 songs we see (plus anything written above or below, since we can't see the whole list.... and Kill The DJ isn't there) might all be on Uno. So that would mean Let Yourself Go, Oh Love, Fell For You/Snoo, Crushing Bastards, State Of Shock, Sweet Sixteen, Little Boy Named Train, and what looks like Last Gang In Town.

I might be wrong, but it seems plausible. :D

I'm just synthesizing the info from the trailers and the Rolling Stone article + interview

And when you add Nuclear Family, Stay The Night, Carpe Diem and Kill The DJ you have 12 songs..

Hmm, quite an interesting speculation you got there :eyebrows:

If it turns out you are right, I will hire you to do some detective work for the Dos track list :P

Might be the most intelligent piece of analyzation we've had in this thread yet. It took 124 pages...

Wow, I expected it'd be cheaper, since we're supposed to buy three albums..

that is pretty cheap for an album, actually. also, GD's worked hard to get us 3 albums.. so i think they're worth it

I hope they release a boxset of the trilogy, that would be so awesome. I will not buy the individuals then, direct the boxset !

Don't forget they've been making some sort of film documenting the creative process of making the albums, so I'm sure there will be some sort of set of all three albums plus a DVD once they've all been released.

The first listing on Amazon is always "blank" and high priced. More information won't be put up on there until the band releases a press release with album cover, track list, and other pertinent information.

Also, Amazon prices always go down as the release date gets closer. The nice thing that Amazon does is a price guarantee: They don't charge you until they ship your item. The amount they charge you is the lowest price they listed between your pre-order and the release date.
