I think they mean because it's sometimes used a sexual gesture... I don't know how people say it english but's basically that the index and middle finger go into one place, and the pinky goes into another one. If you make the hand gesture, but with your finger tips pointing to a side, instead of upwards as they've been doing it on their videos, you'll probably see it.
