Mary711
the link GDA posted only has the tickets for the berlin show listed. anybody knows where the ones for the other concert will be available? Tickets for both shows can be bought on eventim.de tomorrow. Berlin is the only one listed right now, but they'll change that by the time tickets go on sale. Mönchengladbach is already mentioned in the text, too.

ComaWhite
Local newspaper from Mönchengladbach just postet this: http://www.rp-online.de/niederrhein-sued/moenchengladbach/nachrichten/green-day-kommen-in-den-hockeypark-1.2770453
Alan86
Great that new dates keep getting added I just hope that whenever they come to the UK and Ireland that they've dropped "All time Low" from their support acts.
Katarina.
Is it true you can only pay with a credit card on eventim? I hate that, I only have paypal. Anyway, they now finally added the show in Mönchengladbach to the list! Question for people living near that place/in Germany. What is the best way to travel with public transport from that place and venue? Cause I've found out it's not that difficult to get there since there's a train in the Netherlands that goes to the nearest train station there. But what about going back? Bus/train etc.? It'd be very helpful Local newspaper from Mönchengladbach just postet this: http://www.rp-online...ypark-1.2770453 "Derzeit arbeitet die Band an ihrem neunten Studioalbum, neue Songs, so verkündete das Management am Dienstag, sollen auch in Gladbach zu hören sein." My German isn't the best, but doesn't that translate to something like "The band is working on their 9th studio album; new songs, according to the management on tuesday, will also be heard/played in Gladbach."? Interesting..
Davepalooza
Will know tomorrow if Berlin is possible. Just wondering, is it easy to get to the venue with public transport?

JellyTime
Is it true you can only pay with a credit card on eventim? Oh no, I don't have credit card I hope that will be some other way to pay for a ticket.

drumstick
Amazing news! I think I might be going to Munchengladbach directly from Paris (it is a lot cheaper than going back home for one day and then taking a flight to germany the next day).. I have a question for you Germans as well.. What's the public transportation like to get from Munchengladbach to Cologne? I have a small problem there cause my plane departs from Cologne at 6am and I gotta be at the airport by 4:30 ... Are there any trains/busses going at that time at all? And how much would it cost? Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance at this time there is no direct way to Cologne. there is a train to Düsseldorf and from there to Cologne. But you have just 4min to change the train. Best option is to travel directly after the concert to Cologne and stay there somewhere for these few hours. Price from Mönchengladbach to Cologne is about 10€ one way ticket
San Miguel
fantastic news about the shows. i reckon they might do a couple of gigs in each of the European countries (where there is a market for it) and then a big US tour early next year. i'm guessing of course but i have a feeling there will be several announcements over the next week or so... i reckon these gigs will be fairly easy to get tickets for tomorrow since the announcement is so late in the day. so pleased for everyone in Germany and elsewhere who can get to this! I'm afraid I won't have enough time to get back to the hotel after concert, then to the station and still wait for few hours in dusselddorf.. Would be great if there was at least some train going directly from dusseldorf to cologne airport..

I'm trying to figure out what public transport is like from Mönchengladbach to pretty much any city in the Netherlands to make sure I can go home after the show. So far the last times for departure of the trains I'd need are like 10pm, and the next one 2am.. why nothing inbetween? If I can't find another way it looks like I'm not going after all. And why is there only one fucking flight to Croatia? As if the worst possible departure time isn't bad enough I would totally stay there the day after if my ferry for Italy wasn't on the 30th (yeah, getting home from a green day show and travelling the same night to another green day show doesn't sound so awesome anymore)

Kaddi.
Remember the show in Berlin Kesselhaus in May 2009? I'm pretty damn sure that the new album will be out by Augst, and it's fucking freaking me out. Yeah, but that was a secret show at a very small venue. The two shows this summer are stadium gigs, so I think it's something completely different. Is it true you can only pay with a credit card on eventim? I hate that, I only have paypal.
