DecanoLP
lol, Slipknot co - headlining before Green Day? No way. Fake.
maridiot
mmh, I really think the poster is a fake. As someone else already said, headliners and other bands will be announced on Monday 12th March (here:http://www.readingfe...s_gonna_be_huge). Lineup looks a bit suspicious to me. I doubt Slipknot would play if they weren't headliners.. agree.
DecanoLP
Corey Taylor confirmed that Slipknot won't be playing Reading/Leeds this year. Poster is officially fake now.

Mary711
I'm pleased slipknot won't be playing. Same. Would've been a hard time waiting at the barrier for Green Day with them playing onstage.

DecanoLP
I bet 99% of the crowd would be absolutely happy and go nuts if Slipknot played there again. Their performance back in 2002 was epic! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OiekG0cpep8 Wonder if the poster got at least the headliners right... JaHawk2009
I'm confident in Foos & Kasabian being there, but I somehow think both Foos & Green Day would want a 2 hour slot, but only one is available across the three nights
sara_gd
Yep UK time. Thank you. I'll be at class at that time, I bet my teacher will know everything about Green Day (that she doesn't know yet) by the end of the class What I hate about festivals is the little time each band plays

alexwetherell
I don't know if this has been mentioned but there's another poster going around without green day on. The headliners on this one are The Cure, Kasabian & Foo Fighters. Maybe GD aren't going to be there after all.. I guess know one knows until 12th march.. Undómiel
As to all the "leaked" K! posters, it doesn't even get printed until the Friday before the line-up comes out... so there's no way any of these magazines are real. The only time any potential "real" posters might come out is between the 5th-12th... IMO.
bollard_11
As efestivals said they are "95% sure its not Green Day" as the third headliner And they also said the only leaked poster that was ever correct was last year when it leaked the day before
~ Walking Contradiction
They are off the rumours list on Efestivals now Looks like Foo Fighters, Kasabian and Florence and Machine or Cure are headlining
DannyDirnt
Why does people like Reading Festivals so much for Green Day? They are like any other performance,I guess.
bollard_11
Green Day are officially ruled out of the rumour mill as an official statement was received by efestivals HOWEVER They will be returning to the UK for a full arena tour in the Autumn!!!! WillForADay
Last year the leaked poster (which was the actual poster) was the morning of the announcement. As posted above efest have received info (from two separate sources 1 from UK 1 from US) saying that they will be doing an autumn tour in UK I seem to doubt this but then i don't at the same time. But with two different sources it's looking likely.
Tre_Gina
it's a shame they're not playing reading but I'm still really looking forward to seeing foo fighters again and we have a GD tour to look forward to
