-Billiejoezee- Posted October 19, 2011 Share Posted October 19, 2011 just so everyone knows, I called hardrock. the event is all ages. they were aiming for mostly 18+ though. the guy on the phone has no idea why it was changed to 21+ I have friends who wanted to email them for tickets, but they're underage and thought they couldn't go.
