Day 6 ~ Favorite quote from Billie Joe?

"A guy walks up to me and asks 'What's Punk?'. So I kick over a garbage can and say 'That's punk!'. So he kicks over the garbage can and says 'That's Punk?', and I say 'No that's trendy!" :D

Don't make me choose, it changes to often to pick just one.

But right now I like Waiting, Geek Stink Breath, and Redundant a lot.

Day 3 ~ Which band member inspires you the most?

I suppose all three inspire me. It's easy for everyone to say that Billie is the most influential, since he's the front man, but they've all contributed to something so wonderful and powerful I can't just pick one. But for the sake of the question, I will:

With Billie, it's his strong character and ability to write songs that anyone can relate to at any given moment in time during their lives. Myself, I find it hard to put words to my emotions. I can think about what I want to say, and say it perfectly in my head. But when it comes to actually saying them, I'm always fumbling over words and stuttering and often just let the moment or feeling get lost in time. But having someone out there who is so well with his words, and what he wants to say, makes me look up to him for the sheer fact that he can say what he wants to say without fear, and I admire it so. His ability to be able to say what he's feeling inspires me daily, to want to better my social skills and find the right outlet for my emotions. I may not be able to sing or write lyrics, but he inspired me to begin writing stories, and to stand up for what I believe in (cliche answer).

Day 7 ~ Favorite quote from Mike?

"I'm gonna be cremated. I don't want to be stuck in any box. Maybe they'll bury me upside down and plant a seed in my ass!"
