BIAB, i mean AAF is great but for me, after years of BIAB i dont think anything can be as epic.

definitely BIAB.

AAF is great, but I enjoyed footage from BIAB so much, I still cannot get tired of watching it!

I like the editing on Awesome as Fuck, and the songs on the CD are better, but overall I prefer Bullet in a Bible because of the backstage stuff.

I love Awesome As Fuck.

Obviously the CD is better than BIABs, but i find that the DVD from BIAB was better because i loved how they cut to the behind the scenes footage. I really wished they did.

But Green Day wins overall.

For me it's nearly impossible to decide what's better.

I love the backstage stuff in Bullet in a Bible.. and I think Awesome as Fuck's setlist is great. Soo.. =/

BIAB purely for the camerawork

I don't like the way AAF was filmed. The video footage isn't as superb as Sam the Bear's

In my opinion I found AAF to be much better. It didn't have the interviews in the middle of everything (Well BIAB was also a documentary because it was their biggest show) and I just found AAF to be a much better performance.

AAF... But honestly they just need to release a unedited concert, I don't know why they edit so mant songs out! :(

It took me a couple weeks to even buy AAF, then another week to watch it. I enjoyed it, it just didn't hook me the way BIAB did. I felt the sound wasn't as solid as BIAB, which was a big deal for me. Their performances were just as good, possibly even better, but you can tell the production value between the two wasn't equal. As much as i didn't really like Sam Bayer's music videos, he could direct the shit out of a live show.

I think AAF has a better tracklist but BIAB's overall sound and energy are better in my opinion.

Well, if we're talking about which is better as far as content is concerned, I really really like Awesome as Fuck a lot, but I really thought the backstage content of Bullet in a Bible was really very interesting and I thought that as far as editing was concerned, it was done in a smart way. But that's the nerdy film student part of me poking out. CONCERT-wise, AAF. I gotta be honest I guess. *sigh* But I guess I'm gonna vote for BIAB. Just because it means a lot to me, even though AAF is better if I'm gonna be objective.

I like the AAF CD better, but the BIAB DVD is better than AAF.

I think so too!

Prefer the AAF CD, just prefer the track listing, but the BIAB DVD is of a much higher quality, and is just more fun.

I keep going back and forth on this, and I've decided that I really can't choose. As far as the cd goes? I definitely choose AAF. But I can't choose between the DVDs. There are aspects on both that I absolutely love. I didn't like the AAF dvd at first. I thought it was going to GIVE me Epilepsy, but the further into it I got, the more it pulled me in.

As much as I love Bullet in a Bible, there was something about Awesome As Fuck that seemed more raw and less rehearsed, like I believed alot of the backstage bits of BIAB were. But at the same time, it didn't make as much of an emotional impact as BIAB did because it didn't have as much of the backstage stuff. Because some of it was raw and unrehearsed. But there were certain things I didn't like. I don't know. I can't choose.

The CD of AAF is great, however when it comes to a live DVD, BIAB is on top of 'em all.

Bullet In A Bible.

Both were amazing, I just think that the clips in between each song in BIAB made it even more amazing.

bullet in a bible because of the documentary and the length of it... awesome as fuck has amazing performances, i love the video work, but it was just too short and i would've liked a bonus documentary or just more special features, but i know this release was mostly based on the cd, i say in an album or two, they do another super full length 2 and a half hour concert dvd with extra bonus stuff, maybe a documentary too
