THANK YOU! One of the best Green Day interviews in a long, long time. Thanks for asking questions that real fans actually care about!

It was good :) but I don't think i'd have asked questions about "what are you saying in so and so song" ... that's stuff they probably don't even remember. Hell even I can't remember the bits of talking unless I listen to the song.

BADASS interview. Wish there would be more out there. I love it when they're talking about old songs :)

Thanks. BTW, similar to the story behind 2000LYA, Billie Joe was jamming one day with Tim Armstrong, BJA came up with the music for 'Radio' & Tim liked it so much, he asked if he could have it for a Rancid song!

I wanna be there when they clean up the attic..

Nice interview :) Great to finally have actual questions, as in, interesting things that haven't been asked before. Mike gave good answers too!

I liked the On the Wagon question

I think that's the only GD song where they use a "live audience" at the end

I was there

I think the interview was more for Rossstar but he did ask some good questions. Mike was a really nice guy and I think everyone there got to ask him some good questions. I know I did.

Yeah, I always liked the crossovers between all the Bay Area punk bands before some went mainstream (of course, the obvious example is Green Day covering Operation Ivy's Knowledge, so Tim Armstrong can get Radio to make things even ;)

Anyway, Mike Dirt continues to prove that he's the coolest, most down to earth bass player in the world. I just like his explanation for what he says in the middle of Private Ale and Android (always record your albums sober!). Of course, if rock stars always recorded sober, the Rolling Stones wouldn't have Satisfaction and Green Day apparently wouldn't have Kerplunk!

This was great. Nice to know about the shit ton of songs in their attic! I enjoyed the little details of song questions........I must admit I was hoping for what does Emenius Sleepus mean though

Still can't believe this happened.

The great thing is you have it on video to prove it to yourself!

I finally got around to watching it again and actually hearing what was said and it was a really good interview. This is the type of interview that would be good for the podcast.
