A lot of people seem very eager to have it on the new album, but as much as it's a cool-sounding song, and probably lots of fun to hear live, no way does it hold the quality of a Green Day song. FBHT? Yeah sure, but to be quite frank I would be embarrassed if it was on the new record. I really don't think it will be, but I just don't see why so many people want them to release it (not as Green Day, anyway). I don't think you are ever too old to have fun or to do what you want to do. Now I would rather not see It's Fuck Time on a Green Day album, but if it ends up on the new album I am sure I will like it somehow. But if a studio version of it is on offer I'm really not gonna complain about how it's released or what it's released on, I'll take it any way I can get it . If they're not doing a Foxboro album to put it on and the new Green Day album's Foxboro-influenced anyway then having it on the Green Day album (or as a b-side) would be a pretty good second best option. I think it needs to be tracked in the studio, but they've got to have much better stuff up their sleeves as far as the album-specific material is concerned.
