I like to get into the theatre a bit earlier than that. But only because I love watching the people as they arrive.

and you never know who you'll see...cheryl and i saw mario batali at American Idiot the last time I was there. And sure enough he was wearing his orange crocs!

Watching that video on the previous page makes me feel so uncomfortable :/ Its a situation I wouldn't want to be in cause its weird seeing everyone screaming 'Billie' repeatedly and watching him just wondering around trying to sign everyones' thing. He looks exhausted! I'm sure hes more than used to it though. I wouldn't shout at him, but then I'd be gutted if he didn't sign anything for me. Its a strange situation.

When I saw them at Wembley everyone around me was screaming his name in the encore and on my video you can just hear 'Billie, Billie, oh my God, Billie Joe, Billie, BILLIE' from everyone and I remember standing there in silence like, please look at me without me having to scream at you, it feels weird :ermm:

But yeah, you're very lucky to get to meet him! I'd still give anything to do that regardless of how weird and awkward I'd feel in that particular setting.

Back in June we saw the guy (Dr Hodges) from the Bones TV show. It was fun to watch him afterwards too - he waited across the street watching everyone wait for autographs and no one approached him. I wanted to, but also didn't want to disturb his night out. :)

You don't have to stand in line to enter the theater. I kinda find it funny that people stand in line when they all have assigned seats. If you wanted to, you could head in a minute before the curtain goes up. But, I'm sure you'd want to look around, maybe grab a drink, go to the bathroom, find your seats. I usually go in about 10 minutes before curtain.

Heh... This. I kinda laugh when people start to line up an hour before the show. Any show actually.

Also, the box office and the entrance to the theater is on the right. You know the big giant glass doors and all. Not the one single glass door under the red Jujamcyn awning. You would be surprised how many people think that's the entrance.

P.S is anyone going to tonights show? :)

Usually 30 (up to 45) minutes before the show starts.

Inside the theater? Wow, 45 minutes is lot of time! I'd rather stand outside and talk with folks. I'd be bored to tears 45 minutes earlier, lol. Really seeing people only works if you're on the orchestra floor, mostly. The higher up you are sitting the less chance someone famous will be up in the mezzanine and especially the balcony.

As in after February 27th? It's still a bit early. Andrew Call will be on for St. Jimmy from January 11th to the 16th. He doesn't know yet about Billie's February break, but I'm hoping for a little PuppyDog!Jimmy.

Seriously, though. I call Chase "PuppyDog!Jimmy" out of pure love. Also, I wasn't the one who coined the nickname. LOL.

yes, thanks! I didn't realize it was too early to know, but thanks for answering my question :) I'd like to see someone else in the role besides Tony or Billie. Have you ever seen anyone else play the St Jimmy role - and actually has anyone else played that role? I'm sure you've answerd this before, so excuse me if I'm being redundant.

Not sure when I'm gonna see the show next, but I'm ready to - maybe the end of the month.

Here's a pic of what I'm going to give Billie tomorrow. It's supposed to be St. Billie.

^ Aww... Cute. :)

I've seen Andrew as St. Jimmy in Berkeley and Tony, Kobak, and Billie on Broadway. Chase is new to covering the role so no one has seen him yet. :)

The nicknames kinda go like this: Scary!Jimmy (Tony), Relentless!Jimmy (Andrew), SexGod!Jimmy (Kobak), Crazy!Jimmy (Billie) and PuppyDog!Jimmy (Chase). ;D

My answer was in response to her question of when the doors opened. Not when I like to arrive at the theatre or be inside the theatre. Sorry for the confusion. :)

45 minutes with a 9 year old is just enough time for her to realize b-4 the show starts that she needs to pee!!

I just watched that video from a few pages back, it makes me feel uncomfortable. That was what it was like when I met him in October. I was right at the barricade and being pressed really hard into the barricade to the point where Eddie had to come over and hold the barricade up so it wouldn't fall over. When he came out that day, everyone was shouting his name and being so crazy just like that video. When he came out I was so in excited and nervous that I couldn't even speak, I just observed him XD Especially when he came over in front of us, I could barely breathe because I couldn't believe he was right in front of me XD I admire that man!

hes in the playbill finally and there were few of us by the back door before the show. He signed autos for my friends who havent met him & he saw me and said hello and gave me a hug. Its literally like a mellow crowd this evening. There were like 30 40 people for lotto

Also, ill try to grab a few extra playbills for people who want one
