Ellenkc
I'm torturing myself by looking up prices. I can actually afford this myself but I'd have to bring a parent and then get accommodation. There's no way in hell that'll happen. My mom won't go near the US and hates musicals with a passion, my dad probably won't go either, he won't bother with paying full price to go to the same place he goes to on business trips every other month. For fucks sake, something awesome like this better happen when I'm 18+ ...

Tubbie Head
My mum just said to me, with that tone of disapproval in her voice "Going to see performances in New York, you must think you are living a luxurious life" I just started crying after that. I hate being so far away, being so poor, and specially missing this opportunity, that I know I won't have in a long time (or never will), generally I miss GD, I miss being all happy inside. Usually I am happy for all of you that are going, but right now I just can't stop crying.

Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love
Whoa, and I thought he was going to get some rest now that the tour is over. haha Nice, too bad I don't live in NYC. That man just doesn't know how to properly rest Am I the only one realizing he's like, never at home? In between the tour and now it's over, he's still in NY a lot of the time... he's been at home for three months when this starts, but still. edit: I don't mean to suggest anything by this or cause any rumours or anything, I just noticed. Bastard of 1967
BJ must be bored to doing 50 appearances in broadway No, just plain smart if you ask me. The week he was in NYC to play St. Billie earlier this year, grosses at the show jumped 60%.

I've noticed that, how will he see his family if everyone's at school etc ? At least it'll give Mike some time with the new nipper though. Funny how people worried that'd delay the album as well. Isabel
Crying with happiness right now. I booked our tickets for the Jan 30th show a month ago, orchestra seats 9 rows from the front. I assumed that if he was doing St. Billie it would be during the beginning of the month when he's in NY for the Michael Mayer interview...but when Glen texted me earlier with the dates I freaked out completely. I can't fucking believe that I'm going to see him perform. I seriously feel like the luckiest person in the whole entire world, this is an absolute dream come true And one of my best friends just rang me and told me that she bought me a ticket for the Jan 27th show as well for my Christmas/Birthday present. Completely speechless. I just don't even know what to say, I can't believe this is happening to me.
plaid ducky
If I remember correctly, the show only sold out once during his last run. There were no partial views, available after lottery, only standing room, which they also did lottery for. LOL.
