Did you just pick premium seats?

I don't know, they were a gift, apparently they went to the box office on the day it was announced.

Wait, the average LOW is 26°F?! WHAT THE FUCK, that's warm as Hell for freakin' January! Why in the world does everyone think that's cold?!

... Oh. Wait. I know why. Because none of you are from Canada, where it was actually -10°F for about three days in a row last week. I went out in ear muffs and a thin pleather jacket and I was fine, LOL. ((Granted, my hands became a bit numb, but that's only because they're super bony. They get cold just typing on my keyboard, haha.))

You guys should try living in Canada, then see how much you complain about NYC's weather! It'll seem positively balmy in comparison, I assure you.

Geez, and to think I was worried about being cold!

That is like, almost exactly the averages of Dutch weather in January and February, just a tiny bit lower (which I don't mind because the winters here are generally far too warm)

(thought, there's an "omg that's so low" and an "omg that's so high", might as well bring in the "well okay then, seems normal to me").

Which I think is another reason that I should go to this :D

Now if someone gave me money and permission, I'm ready to go.

I'm still waiting for those things, while I know it won't happen.

Haha, bundle up for sure! The wind whipping between those tall buildings and down the streets makes it feel even so much colder, too!

Still so stocked for this! And plus I've never been to NYC during winter, so this is gonna be a lot different! Can't wait :D

Oh my god, my family were actually thinking of going to NYC this winter break! The plans eventually fell by the wayside, but I'm slightly more optimistic than earlier!

Even though Billie starts two days before school starts...

And if I make it to NYC I have to find a way to go alone (impossible if you know my mom) or else I'm going to get in deep shit because of all the drugs and sex.

This is way more complicated than it should be. See, this is why I can't wait to grow up.

Oh yeah, and money. I forgot about that.

 It was 3°C here today...everyone was all "omg it's such a beautiful day outside!"

I love Canada

lol you think you have much to complain about? You live closer to Toronto, try Ottawa.

When you guys have a high of -15C we're up here with a high of -25C
