Kudos, Michael. And did you know I will be sitting next to you for that Sunday show? :woot: Good to know you won't be screaming "I love you Billie!" or singing really obnoxiously to LNOE next to me.

Aaaaaaaaaa so YOU'RE the one who got the other two reserved seats! :) Sarah and I are looking forward to meeting you!

Yes! Possibly bringing my 16 year old daughter with me. She has seen it once this summer but would be thrilled to see it again from so close and with St. Billie! (And neither one of us will sing obnoxiously, promise!) :D

Wish you coulda been there for the April 22 show. When Green Day took the stage to play AI and Basketcase after the cast's Good Riddance encore the whole joint went apesh*t -- the St. James transformed mini Green Day concert, just in a tiny, intimate venue. It was SO funny so see the "traditional" theatergoers' reactions to it, they literally didn't know what hit them.

Haha...no worries. Lots of people, lots of faces, lots of usernames!

I do, but I need one more. So if you hear of anyone no longer going, or with a spare...let me know. :)

so should only the people sing who can sing?

oh this would be so awesome if Billie would sit in the row in front of me or even in the same row (beside me  ) and would sing along to the musical

Thats not what i'm saying..

I mean If its a ballad, or a slower song then fair enough about not wanting people to sing becasue it stands out more

.... If its just a song like st. J.. then its doesnt matter so much

with so many performances its making it difficult to time it to see all the beautiful freaks coming into NYC for the show.

so billie, im thinking layer on a foxboro/pinhead/network SOMETHING to funnel all the SUPER FREAKS into NYC at the SAME TIME so we can all party together.

its much more fun when your needy flock gets to bleat all together. BAAAAAAAAAAAA

:whistle

How about for serious? I mean, eh, I really want to try to go, and the first step would be finding someone to go with (because if I don't manage that, it would be useless to ask my parents. Not that they'd let me go on my own without an adult, but still...), and I am pretty damn sure I won't find anyone who's not from here who would want to go. I mean, I'm not even 100% sure yet I really want to spend all the money I saved over the years on this (and with that make some other things I really want to do quite a bit less realistic), but well.... And I know it's really unrealistic. Yeah, I'm being really clear about what I want and mean now. Would you be up for if it was possible?

I hope I'm not creeping you out now

Yes! We don't even need to buy tickets. We just stop time and then sneak in, and then un-stop time. No-one will ever know.

Seriously. If anyone was wiling to car pool/road trip..I'd be totally in.

How far is the drive from Chicago?

I don't even know who I would go with...it's probably not a good idea to go to NY alone huh?

I'm 28 and I did it in September, just met up with GDC'ers when I got to the city. Even if you have to go alone, GO!

So I'm definitely going with my brother and his girlfriend the week of the 20th in February. :runaround:

So excited especially since I didn't think I'd ever even get to see AI and now I get to see it with St. Billie! I can't buy tickets 'til my brother gets the money (about two weeks) so I'm hoping I can still get some good seats. *crosses fingers*

I'm spending all my Christmas/ Birthday/ and Graduation money on the play and plane ticket and it's gonna be so worth it! So stoked!

Roadtrip? I LOVE ROADTRIPS. I'd be down with this idea as well, but I'm pretty sure the drive is epic long...

Flights are only $203 return from Chicago to NYC, that's including taxes.

A great way to spend a birthday!. My Birthday is 10 days after so the trip is an early birthday present. Are you going to the interview?

I am trying to get tickets I did not think I would make it to the AI show even though I just knew St. Billie would be there on my B-Day! I am going to beg and steal from anyone to get tickets to the interview.

Its 16 hours from here, Chicago is about 3 hours away. So 13 hours or so.

I am flying from England to Chicago to Newark because it is about $300 cheaper than flying direct to NYC. At least I will get an extra state stamp in my passport. I already have a NY stamp and I will get a NJ stamp in April.
