Pres
I think it's great that Billies coming back to Broadway but i think it's a shame that ticket sales have dropped so much since he left because the musical is just so awesome. Even though i know in reality that the ticket sales have dropped because people stopped coming from all around the world to see the show

Catsername
Aww, that sucks that you can't go but yeah, I'm definitely going to try to get to the last night! I have no idea how, but I'm going to do my best, even if it means starving in advance and eating at Walgreens again Hell yes. I would do that too! The last time, I offered to eat cup noodles for as long as I needed to. My mom was like "Oh no don't do that!" and I was like "Anything to get me there!!" i wish i'd win those tickets on the AAF website.. but im scared of planes ya'll think he'll do some shows on the tour? it would be easy for him to do a show when the musical is here... I hated planes up until a few years ago. I would get really bad plane sickness and my head would be spinning the entire time I was in the air. I always had to keep my eyes closed or just sleep. Now I think I've gotten over it because I don't get as dizzy anymore. It's good. But yes I thought about that!! That would be so amazing if he did a show in LA. I really really wanna go again. its killing me cause the last time i went it was incredible but it just costs too damn much to go to NY! i doubt this is gonna happen for me... but maybe my parents will go through with it. they do wanna go again it just costs alot. aahhh I know! Plane tickets keep going up and up. I hope you get a chance to go again, especially since your parents want to!

It actually doesn't cost a lot for traveling. There are many cheap ways to go from DC to NYC. I usually take Boltbus. If you get the bus ticket far enough in advance, round-trip could cost you only $2.50 per person. And even if it's two or three weeks in advance, it could be like $20, $30 per person which is less than a one-way train ticket. And if your parents are worried about the actual cost of staying there overnight, you can definitely make it a day trip and just take the latest bus back. It would be MegaBus rather than Boltbus because Bolt doesn't have late night buses.

If i could do the day trip by myself i totally would, but being 15....that probably is waay cheaper though. anyway my parents say were too "busy" even though were really not. And the fact that I've already gotten to go once while Billie Joe was there doesn't help, cause "once is enough". so
broadway
I wish now that I had waited to go, but of course we didn't know then that he would return. I wonder when he actually knew that he would be coming back. I'm sure it's sooner than they told us, but it makes me a little angry to think they had known for a while and didn't say anything. That's just my resentment at living so far way talking, though. How awesome this must all be for those of you who live in New York!
