St. Billie Returns To The St. James

I'd die if there was another Foxies show :woot: I mean, I love PHGP, but a FBHT show is something else. I still think the show I went to last April was better than any of the times I saw Green Day!

I concur with this statement.

Dude, if you really think about it...they were here last April for the opening of the musical. And then...bam! Foxie show.

Now, they're gonna be here for the closing show. The closing show is the 24th...the show we went to was on the 23rd.

Maybe they can do like, a one year anniversary show or some shit like that. :woot:

I'm putting way too much thought into this. Don't mind me.

Honestly, I wouldn't spend that much money if it's just to meet him. He signs autographs after every show, but he never sticks around for too long. The best chance to meet him is to just skip the performance and wait outside the theater during the whole thing. That's how I met him, and even then, I mostly just got lucky.

That's what I would probably do, devote an entire day to just standing around. Thanks for the opinion, though, still undecided. I'm trying to think about this logically and not let my emotions overcome me x.x

Does anyone think Mike and Tre will be there on closing night. I want to know if I should go that day or not.

I know, it's definitely possible :woot:

I just hope the band isn't too depressed about the musical closing to do a show though.

And don't worry, I overanalyze and over-think stuff like this too.

If there was a Foxboro show it couldn't be on the 23rd unless they did another overnight show like they did on the 25th. But lets not get ourselves to overexcited about it.

Okay...cool. I though I was the only one who over-thinks stuff too.

I know. But, who knows, maybe doing a show can get their spirits up.

Like, when people say that people shouldn't be sad but, they should celebrate what has happened over the past year...or whatever the fuck.

Maybe that would be their way of a celebration, I guess.

Oh, I know. I'm just saying that it would be cool if they did it around that time.

I'm not gonna get all gun-ho about it but still, fingers are crossed.

I got my tickets booked for the 20th, in the mezzanine and the 21st 5th row left orchestra. :runaround:

I would die if there was another FBHT show. I would die to see that shit live!

OMG - i cant believe im considering going... again!!!

Seriously - i keep getting signs that i should go - all i need now is to find a cheapish hotel and i'm booking the flights (and to somehow keep the fact that i'm leaving the country for a week from my work and family)

I saw the show on 22nd, 24th and 27th of February, and it was really amazing! I couldn't come one more time in NYC to see it (I'm living in France). But I'd like it. I think it will be really awesome! I hope for you that there will be another FBHT show, and if this would happen, I will be totally desperate not to be here to see it. I am quite sure they'll never come in France to play with the FBHT, but who knows?

I can't believe he is coming back..I figured he would return eventually, but not this soon! Man I want to go, I really wanted to meet him but didn't get to. But the plane tickets alone would be $700-$800 :( I would love to go...I just can't decide. I really can't afford it, but this seems like my best opportunity to meet him. I only saw his last performance on the 27th, but I waited on the 26th and never saw him. Does he show up and sign autographs more during the week? I really can only see spending that much again so soon if I really have a good chance to meet him. What to do, what to do...

There was only one day I was there that he really didn't sign anything, but it might be a bit risky to spend that much. Even if you're on the barrier he could skip you by accident. I don't know if it'll be different this time, either =/ if it'd be possible for you, I'd say at least try to get to the show as well as trying to meet him, then the trip will be worth it even if you don't meet him

Ha same here, last time they all found out I was going though, and I don't even know how they found out because nobody told them

It is so very tempting..if only airfare were cheaper I wouldn't even think about it, I'd just go! But airfare has already gone up since February, it looks like it would be around $800 for my boyfriend and I to go again. And there's no way he would let me go to New York alone, he'd never forgive himself if something happened to me. Thanks so much for the opinion, if I go I was thinking I'd go to the earlier show and then wait for him until after the night show. And then maybe allow myself another day or two to wait more if I miss him. I just want his autograph, I got to meet his wife and it would be so awesome if I got him to sign the same playbill! And a picture..that's too amazing to even imagine. :) If only I had a rich relative I could go beg for money from. xD

Yeah, flights are twice what they were when I booked in February, it sucks :( that's no problem, glad I could help! That'd be a really good idea, to go to the show then allow a day or two afterwards in case you miss him. I think the earlier you go the easier it'll be to meet him, the first time I saw him was the 22nd Feb which was a Tuesday and there was hardly anybody waiting to meet him at all. So maybe if you go on an earlier Tuesday that'd give you a better chance :) good luck getting that playbill signed, it'll be awesome! Haha, I wish I had one of those rich relatives too
