clairex
I don't think it is a massive place. It looks like a lecture/ conference theatre to me. I will probably arrive a couple of hours before the doors open. We will be arriving on Thursday or friday. It depends on flights.
Mommy's Little Nightmare
If any of you have any idea where the St. James is, you know it's between 7th and 8th on 44th. Just past Times Square. This is on 41st between 7th and 8th, so it's not too far from the theatre. If that helps anyone confused as to how to find it. I'm not a fan of the fact that it's GA. Alot of us already have plans to cuddlefuck the entire day to keep warm, haha.
Jaymee!!
Who's 'we'? I have a feeling this event is going to turn out a hell of a lot more hectic and stressful than it needs to be...

Jaymee!!
Is that why so many people are freaking out about going to this? I mean all in all, it's just an interview...

Lauren
I definitely want to eat at the Hard Rock there! And as much as I'm going to this just for the interview/musical/seeing everyone again, I'd like to do some sightseeing too thanks for ignoring my post I've been thinking the same thing. If there was ever a time for people to freak out, it was St. Billie imo. Well, I wouldn't say this if I were you, because to be honest, you are being really excited about this even though you complained you don't have a lot of money, and someone who doesn't have a lot of money and chooses to spend it on something like this makes it sound like they REALLY wanna go. Now I know it's GA it's not even worth it for me. I WOULD like to see St. Billie again, though.
Jaymee!!
Ahh I'm sorry Lauren! I didn't see it D: I would love to come to New Jersey, but it depends on my money sitch, and what the rest of my company are doing. Would you be able to come visit NYC for a day? Of course I'm excited to go, but I'm not traveling from all across the globe to see it. If it was any more out of my way, I wouldn't bother. I could see people coming from everywhere to see the talkbacks and 92y or St. Billie, but whatever. This interview seems like it's going to be...different somehow. Idk. I'm still really happy for all the people who can come, it's gonna be great
711_Disciple
Can't believe I get to go to this. I haven't even seen the musical yet...that's the first thing I'm doing when I set foot in the city

I usually go away for a few days in January with my daughter as it is our birthdays.

Robin105
My tickets came today!!!!. I hate to spoil everyones fun but I don't think Billie will be St. Jimmy again. He was filling in for Tony. Tony would have to be out again. So I don't know but it would be great if he did do it again.

I thought Tony had that entire month of October off, but Billie just went in for a week? I have a feeling there's going to be a little more rumble going on in NYC again, but that's me being optimistic. I'm really, really not happy about this whole GA thing...hours of waiting beforehand, and then after, waiting for awhile if you want to get the chance to see Billie leave..It'll be cold and hectic. There is so much ruckus over this interview compared to the last one, imo.

Jaymee!!
I feel sorry for the people who are planning to show up in the morning, just for a 75 minute interview taking place at night. That's just completely unreasonable.
clairex
Don't they have other interviews during the day at the venue? Would people even be able to queue from morning?
Katherine
I'm not even sure if they'll allow us to line up too early, but I'm not sure. I'll probably get there around noon time, earliest. I don't suggest anyone get there at any ungodly hours - Billie's last interview was really nice, and it was awesome seeing him after, but if this interview is like his last...It is 100% NOT worth waiting 10+ hours in 5° weather. LisaM
I bought two tickets for this interview but won't be going now. If anyone is interested, I am selling them at cost, just want to get my money back and let a Green Day fan get to see this interview since it's sold out.
