Hmmm. Whatevs. Here's my two cents on the name. I think it's Rodeo in homage to where Billie was born and Queens in homage to the NY neighborhood. They were drunk in NY whilst recording this, could've been in Queens? Something like: "Soooooo, what's the name of this band gonna be?"
