Matt posted on his facebook page that HE will be debuting the new Green Day/Jesse Malin song on MONDAY MORNING at 8:40am. BUT...something tells me that Rich Russo isnt going to let himself get scooped. If I were a betting Green Day fan (and, well, I am), Id BET a bucket of Green Day that he is going to play the new Green Day / Jesse Malin song IN THE FIRST HOUR OF HIS SHOW THIS SUNDAY NIGHT NOV 21st FROM 9-10PM ON 101.9 RXP (or stream it on 101.9 rxp anything anything). Id also BET that we shouldnt get too worked up because Id BET the lead vocals are Jesse Malin. Oh, one last bet...I BET that if he doesnt play it Sunday night I will personally be driving the truck that leaves big fat fucking tire marks all over his face. So Sunday night 9pm...dont bet against me...that'd be a sucker bet. I wish we had kept things under wraps for a bit just so Mr. Russo didn't get all the attention he got until we knew 100% that it was happening.
