Everything on American Idiot. It was the first Green Day album I listened to. It left me with a quite empty feeling the first time I heard it. Then, I tried listening to it again over the next few days. Soon, I was waking up in the middle of the night, just to give it a spin.

Troublemaker really grew on me for some reason. The first time I heard it, my reaction was just "Meh." Now it comes on and I have a fuckin' party.

Definitely "Before The Lobotomy" on 21st Century Breakdown.

I thought the song was too slow, didn't really grab my attention.

It used to be the song I would always skip

though there are other Green Day songs that grew on me,but it grew pretty quickly,Example from the Trilogy "Little Boy Named Train" and From American Idiot "Extraordinary Girl",and Definitely "Christian's Inferno" in my own personal opinion.

"Before The Lobotomy" is the one that took it's longest, but once it did.

I think it's one of the most beautiful pieces of the album.

Take Back. First time I heard it I was kind of freaked out. But then, I started to appreciate the art of screaming in music.

It's funny how a LOT of songs work that way on me. I barely ever enjoy a certain soing until I listened to it a few times.

Hitchin' a ride& Brain Stew - I just couldn't feel them. Same with Stay the night, when I first heard that.

Now they're all on - cause I don't wanna say goodbye :D

On the trilogy, Amanda and Makeout Party grew on me really fast.

Amongst others, I grew to love She, Macy's Day Parade and Redundant after a while. Recently, I've also developed an appreciation for Extraordinary Girl.

Loss Of Control has really grown on me!

It was my least favorite song on Uno at first but I actually like it a lot now. :)

Whatsername, that one was really a surprise to me because when I decided to give it a shot I was totally blown away, this is definitely one Green Day's best songs. I was like "Oh boy, I was really stupid"

Extraordinary Girl took a while to grow on me, but like you, I've for sure developed an appreciation for the song

When I first heard "Wow, that's Loud" I HATED it. Thought it was the worst song ever and I thought it sounded like it had bag pipes in it! Now I LOVE It and it is one of my favorite songs. I don't hear the bag pipes anymore either!

She has definitely been the biggest grower. I used to hate it (god knows why), but know it's one of my favourites from Dookie.

....oh and American Eulogy!

That happened to me too. I remember when I first listened to 21CBD and I liked

almost every song, but American Eulogy never got to me. :pinch: It took like 6 months and

a lot of listening to really enjoy the song, but on the other hand it's now one of my faves

on 21CBD. :D

Mmmm I would say that The Forgotten since I heard it would appear in that horrible unmentionable movie, it created some sort of rejection on me.

But in the context of the trilogy, I just think it's one of the most beautiful and sincere songs Billie has written.

I'll only listen to it in the album and never watch the video. Never again hahaha
