When your best friend knows a whole lot about Green Day - and doesn't give a shit about Green Day.

When she starts singing Oh, Love out of freaking nowhere.

Hahaha yeah, this. My best friend is into like deathcore and hardcore music, yet I bet he knows more about Green Day than some of the bands he listens to.

Whenever someone says "Hey" you respond with "You're givin me a heart attack!"

Or "OOOOH".

when you think of them when you're sitting at the stop light wondering "should I or shouldn't I stop when red lights flash?" "am I having a heart-attack while I'm sitting at the traffic light?" lol

When even your teacher tells you I saw Billie Joe on TV bet you know what show. When he didn't even know who Billie or Green Day were before he met you.

When your whole class comes up to you and talks about Billie's breakdown on stage and everyone talks about him. Some were very mean and I wanted to punch them in the face! :angry

When your smart phone already knows to capitalize "Green" and "Day" haha

When your iPod makes the word "days" into Day's. (it did it as I was typing that).

when you think of them when you're sitting at the stop light wondering "should I or shouldn't I stop when red lights flash?" "am I having a heart-attack while I'm sitting at the traffic light?" lol

Everytime I am at the traffic lights, I think of either Oh Love or Troublemaker. And then I sometimes wish my bus would go through a red light, just to go with the whole "don't stop when te red lights flash" thing

When you turn your Sunday School (of seven people) into a Green Day fan club. That's the only reason I look forward to church on sundays.

When you listen to Green Day when you're walking in the street, and imagine that you're in the When I Come Around or Walking Contradiction video.

I always do that when i'm listening to these songs.

When you go for like a day and then you decide you need a "Billie Fix" and go watch some concert or interview videos and look at pictures.

When you see the word "green" and immediately get a jolt of excitement.

When you are able to relate almost anything to Green Day somehow.

When you see a BMW and automatically play the lyrics of Troublemaker in your head.

When you are in stats class and use the number 1,039, 16, 80, or any other Green Day number as your random seed on excel when calculating a sample size. Or when you make your histogram the colors of ¡UNO¡

When you go to an Apple Store, and look through the iPods on display to check if they have Green Day.

I never found Green Day, but I have found Best Coast :)

Your teacher is STILL making students write repetitive sentences? What, does your teacher think this is 1978?

when every time you hear a crowd going wild on TV you instantly think it's Green Day, no matter who it ends up to be

when you forget you are listening to Green Day cause you weren't paying attention and you hear Green Day in your head all the time anyway

when you have this face http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcR9ZgCrInhEwcdKGaiYpUZ_rn0mX-4ObJGl7jUG2iP-COFPD3-gkh5KkuJW1Q everytime your history teacher mentions the suburbs

I totally do that!

When you're up in a National Forest in the North Cascades where the trees were all burned a few years back and you carve "I love Billie Joe Armstrong" and "I love Green Day" into a charred log with a rock.
