When you're known as the "Green Day freak" amongst your friend group. When your friend consults you for information regarding Green Day for a music project. When you freak out at the mention of Green Day in your favourite shows. When, several years later, you still freak out whenever a Green Day song comes on the radio even though you have all of their songs on your iPod/mp3 player. When your little brother is 3 and doesn't really know music, but comes screaming in your room saying that Green Day is on TV. When your younger siblings go around randomly singing GD lyrics all the time. When your little sister and brother are fighting and calling each other basket case, nimrods and screaming shenanigans to each other. When people in your class randomly ask you questions about GD. Happened to me in both my classes today. In my ASL class some girl told me her birthday was on the same day as Billie Joe’s (luck mines the 20th), another girl said who’s better Evenesance( don’t know how to spell that) or Green Day the girl next to her says of course she’s going to say GD.
