Tubbie Head
I AM SO EXCITED FOR BILLIE! This is like the craziest thing I ever heard of. I hope maybe they will film it somehow, like a professional- not someone sneaking a camera in, to get clips of him as St. Jimmy to put up so everyone that can't take part in this, can see how it looks. Yes, that would be so so great! But oh gosh, I just want to see it!! So fellow lucky GDC'ers who are going please (I'm begging in my knees) try to record... I know it's hard and not allowed, but also know that we've got a lot of specialists in the house btw.. I can't wait to hear from him, on twitter about his experience as St. Jimmy This is going to be soo good =D I hope newspapers/media etc take lots of pictures so fans don't have to risk getting their cameras confiscated Ohhh Yeah, I really hope for some professional shots of him!! I was thinking about what he is going to wear and what's going to be his hair colour (ga)... MMmmmmm I guess he will have the hair painted black again, as for the cloths... I would love to see him with the same outfit as Tony!

Fanny.
woah I'm super excited to see how this will turn out!! If you can get to Windsor, Ontario, I'd pick you up - I found a plane ticket from Detroit to NYC for $212 - yeah, I'm trying to decide, ya'll Ah thanks a lot for the offer! I just said that without being really serious though cos there's no way in hell my parents would let me go. And I don't even have the money for the bus ride XD But thanks anyway Just saw that you're going! Have an awesome time
Velocity
Sooo... My friend (who isn't a GD fan but has been wanting to see the musical) were hanging out earlier and I was telling her about this week and out of nowhere we decided to get tickets for the show on Wednesday night. We're gonna be somewhere in the balcony, I can't remember where exactly. omfg I love the spontaneity but at the same time it's murdering my bank account. Seeing the shows last week + Wednesday + Saturday = poor.
Moxy Crimefighter
I am both incredibly excited and a tad worried. this is ether going to be brilliant or cringe worthy.

Velocity
CONGRATS to you both! We're expecting details, photos, and videos now you know!! I'll try my best. It's definitely going to be difficult getting anything though, the ushers at St. James are tough with cameras. And my camera's old and bulky, so I'll have to try really hard not to be seen. dawn71
I'm going to the show on thurs, fri, and sat. I was looking at the prices of the hotels in that area and its outrageous it cost more than my flight. Is anyone going to the shows those days that would likee to go in half on a room for all 3 days? I am in a wheelchair, just wanted that to be known incase that may bother some people. message me if you are interested thanks, dawn71
TheSaltOfTheEarth
what are the odds of me being able to sneak out of my house, steal some cash and grab a greyhound bus to NYC? I'm honestly considering that right now. I don't know why, but I NEED to see this.

The guy in front of us tried to take a photo before the show even started - just of the inside of the theatre - and within a second 2 ushers were on him with a loud NO! So in my head I know most going won't get photos or videos, but I have to ask of course. But your description of seeing him will be fun to read I'm sure! GDM
times square is ridiculously expensive, would you be able to stay somewhere else in the city? maybe even in another boro? I think if it's near a subway that is wheelchair accessible, or a place that readily has cabs to take her back and forth, I think she might consider it. Nmd
whoever's going to the show on Friday, pm me if you want to have a meetup I'll be going solo so I'd love to grab a bite or drink before/after the show
dawn71
i been checking everything. all the reasonably priced hotels are full this weekend and if i have to pay a cab every time i go out it would defeat the purpose because what it would cost me in cab fare it would be the same as getting an expensive hotel room. Mari91
Dawn, which airport are you flying into? cause if you stay at one of the hotels near the airport they may have a shuttle you can take to a subway station. la guardia would be preferable. its a nicer area than JFK
