I don't have screencaps but I have them typed out: 39/smooth was named after my brother. He turned 39 the day we recorded that LP. Dec 29 1989. Smooth was a stoner thing between me and mike. We couldn't decide to call it 39 or smooth. So we went with both! John went with it. I hate when people say"1039". Its 39/smooth. That's our first lp! Period!! First 7' was "1000 hours" Lp was "39/ smooth" second 7' was "slappy".. Got it?! It just drives me nuts when people put it all together. This is 3 different eras. Period! That's what all these tweets come to. I basically met my wife on the slappy tour.. And yes we were cometbus first distributor. Your welcome Aaron Fuck off if you think we "merged" them together. To me it's something kinda useless to do, I know that he used to tweet some interesting facts about the songs, but there are other things more important than that... So I think there's no use wondering when he will -maybe- do it again nor affirm that he really stopped. If his intentions for tweeting was to keep the fans interested (which I highly doubt), he'd be doing it now, now that the musical's probably experiencing a dramatic fall in ticket sales now he's not in there anymore. I don't think it's pretending to be either, it's not really a "fake" one, it's just for fun. I think I'm the only person who thinks it isn't very good. When the real Rev did those myspace blogs he was a totally full on crazy character using all this funny 60s slang. But it wouldn't suprise me if someone suggested to him to get a twitter with that in mind. The way his Green Day tweets ended so abruptly at the end of the tour makes me think someone was probably reminding/nagging him to do it then.
