LOL at them calling him "Joe" also I find it funny she doesn't know who it is..I thought she somewhat knew Billie Joe.. Anyways, it is indeed an amazing tattoo! Probably my favorite I've ever come across and certainly my favorite of Billie Joe's. It's such an awesome concept, the photographs it's done from are sweet, she is beautiful and it came out beautiful. It's done really well. Edit: Wait, she didn't actually do this tattoo, did she?!
