He says How now brown cow, but what does he say after that? Just listened to it. I can't hear what he says, sounds like "No ????? ????? town" or something. The band's never put out official lyrics for it so any lyrics you find are just someone's guess. Ahh, the old spinning/standing, puke/feet debate. Personally, I think it's "my head is spinning underneath my feet". However, listening now, the word "head" sounds very odd and I think even that could be something else. The first time I heard the live version I thought he said "this amazing night" instead of "waste away tonight". I was really dissapointed when I heard the actual song....but now I love it.
