Emilie
In 21 Guns "Your faith walks on broken glass" I thought was "Your face was a looking glass" As in 'you're so easy to read, you are a terrible liar'. I kind of knew it wasn't that 'cause it has nothing to do with the song.
Punk-tastic32
Don't want a nation under the new media It's going out to idiot America Wait, those are wrong? That's how I sing them now. SuperRebReb
In Static Age, I used to think the chorus was: 'Enserio, in the static age' In a local dialect we have here, 'Enserio' means 'I'm being seriously' or 'Are you being serious?'. That fucked up the song. XD I thought Billie had suddenly started to talk in llanito. Until I checked the lyric booklet. Hermione
I just went on this lyric sight and it says "from the rainstorms 'till dawn" ? BILLIE ENUNCIATE Nah, in the demo version of the song it is "from rainstorms til dawn". He changed it to "from the light's early dawn" on the album. I prefer the demo lyric

Libby :)
My first favourite Green Day song was Boulevard of Broken Dreams, and I remember a year ago I was learning the lyrics (only took a few tries, but still :L). I sang the lyrics 'Don't know where it goes, but it's only me and I walk alone' until my friend told me it was 'but it's home to me' Oops :L

Gwen Stacy
I have been a Green Day fan for years And this snuck up on me yesterday when I was playing GD:RB Basket Case I thought it was: Do you have the time to listen to me whine? About nothing and everything, all I want? GD:RB says it's About nothing and everything all at once? Is that really it? If so, I've been saying it wrong for years.
