I actually thought about this, but I am assuming when you are saying rubber coat you mean rain coat? We don't actually call them rubber coats over here, they are rain coats. A rubber coat would be an accessory at an S&M store. So, Billie using overcoat and rubber coat could both make sense. Quote

No like when the medical imaging health workers where a rubber coat so they don't get radiation when giving you an xray - so I thought billie was saying rubber coat because of nuclear fall out. We would say overcoat - as in a coat to keep us warm - we call rain coats - rain coats. 2 Quote
