When my friend first heard Good Riddance (Time of your Life) she thought it was "There's something unpredictable, the Indian was right"

Another friend thought it was "There's something unpredictable, and then the rabbit dies"

OMFG

That was so weird because I watched the vid on youtube last night and was thinking about it then, I scrolled down and one of the comments was, "It's bury me, not marry me."

I always thought it was marry me...

Another Jason reference I always hear is in See the Light: "I've been Jason, pills and alcohol." Maybe it's just the way I think.

I dunno if this has already been mentioned, but I always thought that Billie sang "Combination is what I understood" in 21st CB. That didn't make much sense to me

I used to think Billie sung 'Combination' instead of 'Condemnation' in 21CB

And I sometimes hear I'm the deceive fugitive.. in EJN. It doesn't even make sense xD Of course it's All the deceivers and cheaters XD

When I first heard Boulevard Of Broken Dreams, instead of

"Check my vital signs"

I thought it was

"Check my Bible signs" :/

You know that song "Breakfast at Tiffany's"? The chorus goes: And I said what about 'Breakfast at Tiffany's?/She said I think I remember the film and/ As I recall, I think, we both kinda liked it...

For years I sang it "She said I think I remember the field mice...

And my dad heard La Roux's "Bulletproof", it goes "This time, baby, I'll be bulletproof". He heard "This time, baby, I'll be burning birds"

This thread is hilarious!!

In 2000 Light Years Away I got confused by the "She holds my malachite so tight". I thought it was "She holds my (no idea) kite so tight".

I thought it meant something sexual. =/

At the weekend I heard one of my friend's singing along to Iyaz's replay and instead of singing

It's like my iPod stuck on replay she was singing, It's like my eyeball's stuck on replay.

All weekend all she got from us was "so is your eyeball still stuck on replay?"

The first time I heard London's Burning by The Clash I thought it said "London's burning it's porno now!"

It's really "London's burning with boredom now", My older sister's freind still brings it up years later. I'll never live it down.

in Church On Sunday, I thought the line "Making your mascara bleed tears down your face" was "Making your mascara bleed drip down your face", haha.

and I realized the other day that in the PHGP version of Achin To Be some of the lines are different than in the original by The Replacements....

in The Replacements version, the line is "she opens her mouth to speak and what comes out's a mystery." and in the Pinhead version the line is "she closes her mouth to speak and what comes out's a mystery."

and then in The Replacements version the line is "the poems come so slowly like the colors down on a sheet" and the Pinhead version is "the colors come so slowly like the colors down on a sheet".

Was listening to Last of the American Girls today and misheard "She's a nameless war".

"She's a nameless whore"? I doubt it.
