A method of knowing which ram is breeding which ewes is strapping a device on them that has a dye on the front so that when they mount a ewe, that ram's specific color is stained/dyed into the wool on her back... my parents decided to call the ram with the blue dye "Billie Joe". LOL If that isn't the strangest story in this thread, someone please direct me to it. Haha :lol: That has to be one of the weirdest things I've heard in my life!

LawleyPop024 Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 Ahaha, I have a cat, a girl called Candy (black fur and yellow eyes), but her name isn't really GD-related, because: A) We didn't name her, and B) I didn't even know about Green Day then. But! Some friends of ours moved away, and they had a rabbit, called Billy. He lives with us now. Billy (so close!) has gray and white fur/hair, and brown eyes. Don't think his name was GD related, though... If i ever get any more pets, (we have had multiple fish, but they weren't mine), apart from my cat, and Billy, and another rabbit called Apolla (after the greek god Apollo) I'll probably try and convince my family to name it/them after GD stuff...

The chimp's name was Billie Joe . And spelled that way too! I bet he was named by a Green Day fan zookeeper, I wish she'd asked about it.

I've always wanted to get two cats, one jet black and one White, and name them rage and love :3 apart from that, this doesn't count as a pet.. Haha.. But my cousin is called billy jo (she's a girl) I only see her once every few years but; she's obsessed with the beatles and I'm obsessed with green day; we get on pretty well
