I like it, though I don't think it's gonna be a huge hit or anything, though. And may I add that Billie is very good looking in it (actually, everyone in the video is. apart from the blond girls) I'll put my random thoughts in spoilers for the people who don't want to read it for some reason. the blond girls were just plain weird. I don't understand why they're in it, they don't add anything to the video and (apart from a sense of '.... okay...."), well, it's just weird. If it were up to me I'd remove them immediately. I'm glad it wasn't too literally playing the lyrics out. And that Gloria wasn't too pussy, haha. I don't really get why she shot the car and made it explode, but I liked it, I like explosions and fire so no complaints about that from me Kind of weird though she was watching parts from 21 Guns, since the song comes later in the album, and even if you only know the singles so far it would be more logical if LOTAG happened first, and then 21 Guns. It's not a problem or anything, just surprised me.

Angela. Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 How... interesting. I liked it. The ending was the best. I have a 'thing' with huge explosions and fire, so the car getting destroyed was sweet. The blonds made me go 'WTF'? Overall, it wasn't bad, but if I were directing it, I would have done a lot more. This song is Gloria's anthem, showing her beliefs that she carries a torch for, as Billie has said before many times. Because this is her anthem, it should have been a lot more powerful on what Gloria did in the video. Instead of spending a bunch of time showing her lounging around and getting ready for the day, that could have been reduced to a couple quick shots. The rest of the time, Gloria could have gone through the desert in the car she used to drive into town, and rebel against the things she hates; protesting, getting into a fight, standing up for her causes. But the car explosion would stay.

Except that I don't have annoying background dancers ruining everything that I do, and I'm not nearly as pretty as Gloria. While I dont think theres anything wrong with us watching the video before we're supposed to I do think we should at least use the spoiler thing and try not to ruin the video for the people who are holding out until the actual release date.

Well on the bright side, at least the song wasn't edited to be shorter again, thank god. The 21CB Video is still my favorite
