I really like the suggestions in this topic. Some of these like RHCP and the Foo Fighters would be awesome. My favorites suggested so far are definitely The Who and Bruce Springsteen.

Green Day with The Who would be an incredible live performance, and it would be great to get Townshend/Daltrey together with truly talented drums/bass again. The thought of Townshend's Guitar along with Mike's bass makes me want to lock them in a room until they came out with a record lol

And Bruce would just be ridiculously amazing. A track with Billie Joe and the Boss singing would be epic.

Also to the person who said they only collaborated with U2, they also did 2 tracks with Iggy Pop on Skull Ring, if you haven't heard them you should really check them out. The tracks are "Private Hell" and "Supermarket".
