Sarahnade.
^The convenient store I'm trying to work at will hire 15 year olds, so I dunno. There's a lot of people under 21 working there.I don't think they sell alcohol..
Salmonator.
I wanted/want to work at Hot Topic, and when I asked, they said you had to be 16 to work thereand at any store. So maybe that's just in CA?

But my friend has been working at Taco Bell since she was 14, though, but she can't work past 8:00pm on weekdays. On my application, it asks if your younger than 16, so I don't know. Some of my friends already have jobs and their 15. Close to 16; I don't know if that matters or not.
Chelsea Hotel
Lord, I need a job. But nobody's hiring. I mostly did random odd jobs for my mom when I was saving for the last show.

Chelsea Hotel
That's what my mom offered to do.I might have to do that, since no one's hiring here either. The things we do for Green Day.Mostly it was lugging twenty-pound bags of mulch around the yard and vacuuming. Not a bad job, all things considered. She gave me twenty bucks for polishing her collection of souvenir spoons.
Salmonator.
Damn. Your mom's nice.I had to clean the entire house, for 3 dollers.I'm demanding a price raise!
Sarahnade.
My parents don't have the money to give me for doing things for them. They say I have to do it all on my own. I'm sure they'd give me 5-20 bucks or something if I was a little short, but I'm pretty much by myself on this. But my moms helped me out with getting the application and stuff for the job, so we'll just have to see. I need one more reference and then I'm applying. It's awesome because my brothers friend works there and he's one of my references, and he likes me so he said he'll put in a good word for me and is pretty sure I got the job. ..But I'm not excited about working though. I just need the monehh.

Sarahnade.
If they come after my birthday, for my birthday I'm probably just going to ask for money. But if this Hershey date happens to be true, I'll just ask for my birthday money in advance.
Chelsea Hotel
This is why I really want them to come around as close to my birthday as possible, so I can use that money without having to ask for it in advance, because I hate doing that.
