newsflash777
My dad just told me that he "thanks his lucky stars" for something or other. Seriously, coolest thing my dad has ever said. Ever.
Rosie May
Haha, it was at a point were they were interviewing fat kids who where at a pool. And they were telling that that was the place where they got to swim for the first time without people making fun of them that's hilarious! Playing that song to something like that is just bound to make people laugh! My uncles nickname is Cha, and it reminds me of that noise Billie makes at the start of Holiday, y'know, "say hey! Chaaa!" /lame reference.

Smoothed Out
This is a long explanation-I don't usually go trawling through AOL news but I found a news article about a lead singer of a band commiting suicide, so I clicked on it, there was another link to Alice in Wonderland associated music (or something like that) and I clicked on that thinking it was the soundtrack (which it wasn't), then I scrolled down and found another link-10 songs written about Catcher in the Rye Clickety click and I'm on this link- Catcher in the Rye and yes Green Day is in it, with a lovely miniature Fuse performance (I mean miniature it's absolutely tiny on the screen)

And a few minutes ago I was reading through the Green Hills case study we have for Marketing and it was listing off all these competitors. 04rebhop
On the way to work the other day they played Know Your Enemy (that was also just on an advert for a new movie on Nickelodeon), which brightened up my morning, considering i got up at like 5:45 to get there, then later in the day i was eating lunch, and the manager's Dad, who also works there came down to eat his lunch too, and he put some music on his phone, and one of the songs was St Jimmy. I was like "OMG I AM SEEING THAT BAND AT WEMBLEY AND I SAW THEM TWICE IN ROCKTOBER!!". It just shocked me though, because the guy was older than my parents, and he doesn't look the type to like Green Day, but looks age isn't everything! It made me so happy, because usually at break you get people playing rap on the computer, and it makes me feel uncomfortable whilst eating. Kayfabe
ohmygod, in geography today I was checking out the displays they put up, and one of them had 'san fransisco earthquake' on it, and each of the letters were used from a cut up newspaper. Then I noticed that the 'R' and the two 'E's looked familiar... they used the 21CB letters for those. Lol you should have seen it, as soon as I realised I called my friend and told her to come and she kept asking why, so I flailed my arms until she did. Then I showed her.
