I found around 5 compilation piano sheet books, 4 had Green Day. One even had Last Night On Earth!! And I saw International Superhits! At the shops.

I went outside of the house once and went to a baseball game. While getting some cheesy nachos, I look over to the trash can next to me and it says "Green Day" right smack dab on the front.

I kind of did a double-take, and I made sure there wasn't a hyphen, or a subtitle, but NO! It was just green day in green letters on the trash can.

I mean, obviously it was related to the environment and helping the earth, but I was honestly pretty shocked to see my favorite band's name that close to my hometown. (I live amongst rednecks :P)

Also, like everyone else here, when I see certain times or words arranged a certain way, I get GD songs stuck in my head. I'm gonna have a hell of a time on my next birthday, trying to get "16" out of my brain.

There's a girl in my art class who is obsessed with My Chemical Romance, but one day she was wearing this shirt: http://monkeyzen.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/06/green-day-tee.jpg It was a nice surprise to see she likes the same bands as me. I've tried talking to her but I think she likes being alone, otherwise I'd totally be her friend.

Then there's another girl at my school who I used to kinda know (she used to be kinda friends with my best friend) she didn't know what personal space was so we both kinda hated her. Anyways this year her backpack is this: http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/img-thing?.out=jpg&size=l&tid=9800403 it makes me sad that I hate her so much cuz now I know she has good taste in music. But I also wonder if I influenced it cuz she never mentioned liking Green Day when I talked to her about them when we used to know eachother

I also sit next to a girl in my algebra class who saw Green Day on the Pop Disaster Tour. But she told me she was too young to know she was at a good concert.

Also my Broadcasting teacher makes up random scenarios and he always names the person Billie Joe. Plus my teacher grew up in Oakland :D

Haha it's seems like we're watching kinda the same series

Yeah!

About 1 month ago I was at the cinema to watch some short films. In one of them there was American Idiot played at the beginning. I wanted to shout "Woohoo Green Day! " But everybody was silent when it started so I didn´t do it. :P And in another film, a guy had a Green Day patch on his clothes. ^^

This was on SmoshPit.com About the douchiest songs played on acoustic about Good Riddance.

You've done it. We've all done it. It really is a cool song and I LOVE how it's become "THAT" song to annoy people with. That's exactly what Green Day wanted. Although I'm sure they're over it now though since by now their eyes probably look like the two cartoon $ $ Scrooge McDuck had.
