this guy almost got all the 51 references in that rhapsody video! he locates and explains well.

if you're still working on the references, refrain from watching this yet

in addition to his, a comment i posted in youtube.

the letters on the side of the pizza box, it's blvd of broken dreams.

whirly is mr. whirly from the song misery.

the ashtray with heart-shaped candies may mean cigarettes and valentines.

and the kerplunk reference, it's not just the shirt, it's the girl on the album cover herself.

the dice on the 80, well tre's drum set has dice stuff on it.

the minority reference is there with one light, one mind.

thanks for posting that! i tried so hard to find all of them, but it drove me mad I didnt so thanks now for making my life easier :D

Saw a sign over some doorway today saying "welcome to paradise"

While most people would see that as a good thing, I just imagined slums and broken up buildings

I was just looking through netflix for a movie when I saw one called "Long Kiss Goodnight" or something like that and another called "Insomnia" which instantly made me think of Give Me Novacaine and Insomniac

While I was flipping around on TV earlier today, I passed by this movie and they were eating at the Paper Lantern. :D

Speaking of paper lanterns, this is the first year that I have heard about this, but on new years eve/day in Dublin, aside from fireworks I saw a lot of paper lanterns floating in the air. Took me a while to figure out what they were. Bright lights that were too low to be planes..it was interesting.

But then I heard on the news the next day that a lot of airplane/helicopter pilots complained about them. Twas funny

Yesterday I was watching an awful, cheesy, piece of trash 80's teen movie, and I found out what "Tune In Tokyo" means  :

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Tune%20In%20Tokyo

One of the characters in the movie did it and I was like what?!?! I always thought it was just a boring title that didn't mean anything. Now I know!

I was watching some biking show on Christmas Eve where people bike on ramps and get hurt and stuff and they played quite a few Green Day songs.

This is not mine, but my sisters

My sister was sitting in math class not really paying attention to what the teacher was talking about it was something related to math but, then he said "Almost only really counts In horseshoes and hand grenades" my sister started to freakout and said omg Green Day then the teacher gave her a thumbs up and her class stared at her like she was crazy.

this radio station is making a list where people rank the best songs through history, and BOBD is currently on like 8th place or something

On the pilot episode of The Cape, he was researching poisons and had a bottle labeled 'Strychnine'.

We have a rather large level hanging in our garage with the number 80 printed on it a few times.

Today I turned on a music channel and a heavy metal music video came on, and I saw the words "Relentless Garage" so I kept watching. It was a live video filmed in the Relentless Garage, the place I saw the Foxboro Hot Tubs . Gave me a thrill to see it!
