Emilie
This isn't exactly a reference but I was watching Max, a music channel in Australia, and a video for the band Jet came on. the music video was made up of different clips from their live shows. I don't know if it has a name or not, but the drunk bunny was in the background of some of the clips, obviously from when they supported GD on the 21CB tour. I think I frightened my Grandma a bit, we were just sitting bored watching tv and all of a sudden I jump up screaming' IT'S THE DRUNK BUNNY, IT'S THE DRUNK BUNNY!!!' Laura!
I was looking at the back of a package of Zany Bands (rubber bands that are shaped like animals and other things. Kids love them these days.) And they have names for the different animals. And one of the names was Billy Joe.
St. Banana
I was reading the graduation messages from last years grade 12's, in the year book. Heaps of people had meaningful quotes/messages and such, there were also quite a few hilarious ones, and then this one girl has: 'Its something unpredictable But in the end it's right I hope you had the time Of your life' Also, i dont know whether I have posted this before, but at the start of 2010, i was waiting at the train station, wearing my Dec 8th Green Day tour shirt. This guy walks up to me and is like 'amazing show wasnt it'. I dont know what he is talking about, I then look down at my shirt and realise. We talked about it for a minute or so, he says something along the lines of 'most amazing night of my life' and then the random Green Day fan walked off. oda
I was watching this movie last night and they mentioned Tinseltown (Misery). The movie was called "Sleepover Massacre" and it was horrible and filled with clichés. Haha I loved it.

Catsername
In my psych class the teacher was talking about memory and forgetting things and how sometimes you have that tip-of-the-tongue feeling. So I was wearing my Green Day shirt (from Old Navy ) and one of the examples she said was "Oh that one artist or singer. I can't remember his name! It started with a B or something." And you guys probably know what I was thinking by then :eyebrow: .
sammers93
I was wearing a GD shirt when I went to visit my grandma at the hospital about a week ago and a girl I walked by said "I love your shirt. Go Green or go home."

Fear__Loathing
I was sitting on a bench on Queens Parade (Fitzroy) with my friend waiting for another friend to join us for lunch, and this guy walked past with on of the Australian 21st Century Breakdown T-shirts. I mentioned to my friend that I was at that show and how amazing it was. Then whilst we were at lunch with my other friend the same guy walked past and Jess goes, ‘Weren’t you at that show too?’ Thus I was allowed to have another love-rant about how amazing it was Theres been other things too, like street signs and things people say, but nothing vividly comes to mind at the moment. St. Banana
At these markets in Melbourne there was a tshirt with a collague of pop culture images and stuff. The AI artwork was on there, so i made my brother buy it (it was kids sizes haha) Also, at the Woodford Folk Festival on new years where everyone goes to watch the sunrise, there was this guy close by with the Australian tour shirt
Silverlight
weird, double-wammy references. While we were organizing graduation, my friend call my other friend a nimrod and my mate steph said she was and insomniac. My brain was over-loading with all the references.
