I would be thinking that Warner and Green Day have lost their minds...
@gdkid2010 Will the cover artwork of LOTAG gonna look that way as seen in your sig?

Idk. I made it and then I sent it in to GreenDay.com Haven't gotten a response but I'm guessing it will be something like that.

I'm really disappointed that LOTAG is going to be the next single. :(

I REALLY want American Eulogy to be a single, but I don't think that it's going to happen. I mean, COME ON. American Eulogy would be PERFECT. It's unique, but it's still catchy at the same time! It's different, because Mike sings in it and people will be interested in hearing a different voice in the band. And the song would be just a perfect song to hear on the radio! It's the most epic song on the album imo, and it NEEDS to be a single. I thought that choice would be kinda obvious....:/

They really should have some kind of "single poll" or something on their website, so that the fans can choose the song that they want to be a single. Either that, or it would be awesome if they had fan conferences or something like that! LMAO. Seriously though...I'm not at all happy with this choice.

American Eulogy would be a perfect single, except people wouldn't want to hear Mike probably, the majority of the radio is crazy. Us fans love Mike, but the average radio listener wouldn't. Also Billie says niggers, and even if it was bleeped, I still think that would cause it to not be put on.

I think Christian's Inferno would be the perfect single. We have LOTAG which is essentially about Gloria in the story, and CI would be about Christian. It makes sense!

I'm guessing that Green Day and Reprise will give East Jesus Nowhere another shot after LOTAG or the next single. This time with a *real* music video and proper promotion of the single.

¡Viva la Gloria! and Before the Lobotomy would be cool singles, but I don't know if the radio would like the beginnings, it took me awhile to warm up to them and I'm a fan. I can't see Christian's Inferno or See the Light doing well either. Last Night on Earth could do well, but I'd prefer a different song. Peacemaker would be amazing! I'd love to hear that as a single. Same with Restless Heart Syndrome and the Static Age. Horseshoes and Handgrenades and American Eulogy would be so cool as singles, but those songs would have to have a lot of censoring in them.

They could do Murder City and have it tie in to Last of the American Girls like they did with Holiday and Boulevard of Broken Dreams

Does East Jesus Nowhere even count as a single?

Peacemaker

I'll shove it down society's throat if I have to!

¿Viva la Gloria? (Little Girl) would also be amazing, but for some reason I can't imagine hearing it on the radio

Yeah, it's a shame the singles have sucked so far. They could have totally chosen 5 other songs and had ~smash hits~ with those.

Ugh, Peacemaker should so have been a single. I could whinge for hours over this but it'd bore people.

It's just so different than anything they've ever done before and it's catchy. The lyrics are amazing, the end - 'Sarahnade' - is
