Tre Cool Interview

Ooh, cool, I like to hear what Tre has to say. Obviously 21st CB was going to become a single, I mean it's the title track of the album and is a good song, but I'd still prefer it'd be East Jesus Nowhere.

its people like those who interviewed tre' that make me thank god everyday that i wasn't born with that accent.

Australian accent is not better. But this is not about accents is it?

I don't mind 21CB as a single if it does end up being one.

Man, I don't like the idea of 21CB being a single. Not that I dislike the song, but I really want some of the other songs on the record to get some attention. I want American Eulogy and at least one of the Glorias and East Jesus Nowhere. That would be ace with me. I'm just hoping American Eulogy is at least on this tours set list. *crosses fingers*

Thanks for the interview link. :)

I love how he goes on the last show of a tour we tend to go apeshit so watch out

I like the bit where he said "no I can't say that one" and then that laugh. I want to know what he was thinking

I love 21st CB, it's one of my faves. I'd love them to release American Eulogy at some point though.

In hindsight I hope they don't fuck up the vid for this next single.... Seriously just do a live one and give us what you do best.

:/

At what point does Tré or anyone say that it´s going to be the next single? When the host says it´s the "latest single"?

I understand only about 40% of that interview :(:pinch:

edit: I´m very excited about "21st CB" being the next single. I´m looking forward to the video and just hope that it won´t be like KNE or 21Guns since it´s a pretty epic song!!

I kinda don't want 21st Century Breakdown as a single... The demo version? Definitely. (Of course maybe a few less verses at the end and a better recorded version) but this one? I really don't like it all too much. I don't like the melodic changes. and I hope that when they do play it on the radio and TV, they won't have the intro. If the piano intro was still there, I wouldn't mind it. but not this one. ugh.

I like 21cb but I like EJN more.

I believe a video for EJN would be better choice.

And just imagine video...

Tre doesn't say anyrthing about 21st CB being the next single.., the only clue we have is that the host says 21st CB is their latest single. In my opinion, 21st CB it's not going to be a single and the host was mistaken, it can't be the latest single because it's not even a single yet!

These guys keep sending mixed signals, they play East Jesus Nowhere in Letterman and now they come out with this one out of the Blue, yay for unexpected moves I guess

Well, they did play 86 at Letterman. :P

You can't be born with an accent...

That's pretty cool.

How long is the interview?

(I don't wanna have to stop it somewhere in the middle because I have to leave )

Australia/New Zealand seem to release their own singles from time to time.

So 21st Century Breakdown may not be the next single.

I mean, Tre didn't say it was the next single and 21 Guns has barely been released.
