Hmmm, I seem to recognize that outfit Billie's wearing.

That tie, if you see it from the front is like a western bow tie. It's thinner than a dressy, tuxedo-type bow tie and not as starchy, so it kind of hangs down a bit. It's an unusual choice, but who would ever call Billie "usual?"
