J'net
We're very interested. But we've got some friends (not die hards) coming with us. If I can convince them to meet us at the theater, then we'll come to Rudy's for sure!Great! I'm so looking forward to seeing y'all again . Mrs. Nobody
So is there a bigger chance of it coming to the west end now that it'll be doing broadway? (whoah, that made no sense) so awesome that it's going to broadway
MassHysteria
Great! I'm so looking forward to seeing y'all again .I'll be there too! It would be a crime not to be there! I might be bringing my mother along too, we're both SOOOOO excited for this weekend.Sounds like the boys will for sure be back in town this weekend, but it sounds like there is a decent chance they won't be going to any of the shows. I can totally understand this though, they have to be quite worn out from Europe.

Some of us are thinking a Rudy's meet up at 3:00 or 3:30 on Saturday and another one Sunday (time not yet determined). You and your mom should be there! Looking forward to seeing you again!!! Abbey.
somewhere in this thread there was some talk about not wanting AI to be compared to RENT which got me thinking...i LOVED RENT...it felt so groundbreaking for its time...and didnt RENT always reserve the front two rows for day-of tickets for RENT-crazy-fans to attend? the folks that were in those first two rows gave some amazing energy to the show. now keep in mind, i havent seen AI, but wouldnt it be great to have the broadway production do the same thing for AI and allow either IC members, or fans in general, buy tickets to the first two rows of every performance to really kick up some energy. i just cant imagine going to that show without wanting to sing my brains out and if it could somehow be incorporated to the theater (without really disturbing the production) what a blast that would be! MassHysteria
I'm quite curious to know how much of the current cast will stay with the production when it goes to NYC. The only one that I know for sure will not be in it is Theo Stockman. Though its a pretty safe guess that John will stay in the role of Johnny, and Tony Vincent will stay as Jimmy. Tony Vincent's practically a given for a featured actor in a musical tony nod. I'd be so surprised if he weren't nominated. I suspect he'll win it as well (said with the caveat that we neither know when it'll show up on b'way and what other shows will be in contention). He sings the "Bang Bang to the President Gasman" line in Holiday and I think he's also in the portion of the show of "Too Little Too Late" with Alysha Umphress and Will and Heather. And Vincent should certainly be nominated... and win. He's great!

Sarahnade.
My friend said she would love to see it in Broadway with me, so we're totally going to go! I just hope it comes in the Summer too so me and my friend from GDC can make a trip and go.I hope to see it a few times, not just once. But I'd be sooo excited just to see it once. GDM
is this coming to the uk?No one knows yet. When it comes to Broadway, I'd give it at least six months to a year afterwards to get to the West End.

I believe the meet up at Rudy's on Saturday is slated for 3 pm. Not sure if there's a consensus for Sunday.
