If I many weigh in, I also talked to him on FB last night, and he described it to me that it was for cast someone else that was more "All-American", which seems to have a different meaning than just "American". I told him I thought that was highly ironic since the show seemed to speak out against the traditional "All-American" views, and he said I summed it up perfectly, and noted "Broadway us not exactly punk." He did not seem at all bitter though. He told me he's working on getting a band together, I do hope that by some chance they might do a performance while I'm out there. I want to meet them so bad. When the time gets closer we'll have to arrange a time and place to meet.
