Just give Ticketmaster or Telecharge or whatever it is a call, you'll be ok. They are pretty good with this sort of thing.

I think it's 3 days within the US. It usally take a week to ship things from the US to Europe.

ahah

and yes I'm going :woot: You watched "Heart Like An Handgrenade", I'm seeing "AI musical", we complete each others ahah ;)

Anyway, I don't know if it's taking more time for European residents, because it's an email, not a mail... I don't know, I just want to get my tickets to be reassured!

Ooo... you'll have fun. If you feel like seeing other Broadway shows, check out: http://www.broadwayforbrokepeople.com/ It'll give you some ideas for some cheap Broadway options. And if you're up for sushi, may I suggest Kodama which is across the street from "Hair." Many Broadway peeps head there. Also, check out the different music spots and comedy spots in the area: Rockwood Music Hall, Joe's Pub, Ars Nova, Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre And if you're into talk shows, you can check out The Late Night TV Page and see if you can get tickets for a live taping; all of those are free.

thank you for those suggestions, I'll definitely check it out! I'm hoping by some miracle I can snag a ticket to Colbert, but I know that's very iffy. And there's are tons of other shows I'd love to see like HAIR and Billy Elliot.

I wanted "ticket" tickets, so I had them mail them to me. I have them all now in my hawt little hands. :shifty:

I elected to just have them hold the tickets at the box office, that way I have zero chance of losing them between now and then

Colbert tickets are kind of weird to get a hold of. Check the first of each month. That is usually when they have the tickets posted. If you cant get them at the first of the month, check the week before you want to go and see if anything is available.

If all else fails, the Daily Show is easy to get tickets to

and btw www.playbill.com is offering a special on Billy Elliot tickets. $40 not sure about the seats though. The only thing is you have to create an account with them.

that's true, Daily Show is another great option! And that's great news about Billy Elliot, I already have a Playbill account, I must have missed their email about that special. Do you know what dates that offer is good for?

im so sorry

but they do offer student rush for Billy Elliot!

they did have something for hair though

ooh and btw you can always go to the Colbert Report at the time it is being taped and if the audience is not full, they'll let you in without a ticket.

So, when I bought the tickets, I wanted them to mail me the tickets. I'm the type of person that likes to have the tickets, and have them be real tickets. I know the show isn't until April 23rd, but when I check the status of the order, it does say that the ticket was printed.

Anyone know when they should arrive by mail? And did anyone get their tickets already?

^ Hey, I'm going to the show the same night !

I asked for them to send me an email for the tickets too, and I still haven't received anything :/ I'm getting a bit worried because it's said you're supposed to get the email within 3 days.

Awesome!

I'm sure that if you don't get the email soon, there's a way to contact them, either by phone or by email, though. That sounds like something that could be easily sorted out. I hope you get it figured out soon, though.

Well, I'm not coming to NY especially for that, but let's say that the announcement of this musical in Broadway made me choose definitely to go there for my Easter holidays!

I ordered my tickets last Sunday... I hope it's not due to the little mistake I had made with my phone number. I fixed this this afternoon though.

And by the way Mommy's Little Nightmare (sorry I don't know your name), where is your seat?

My name is Fallyn. And I'm in Mezzanine Row B, on the right side. Where's yours?

Hey Fallyn :)

I'm on the balcony, row C...

But well, we're already 3 GDCers to go there the same night, that's cool!

Yeah, it is. And I know of 3 other people who are also going on that night.

XD

Is the cast scheduled to be on Colbert or something already?

No, I'm just a Colbert-nut and would like to see a taping of the show while I'm out there. Though I can't imagine they won't peform on some show like Today, Good Morning America, or Letterman.

I'm such a goon. I keep staring at this:

It just makes me happy. I'm sure I'll be even worse when I get the actual ticket in hand.
