Mommy's Little Nightmare
Yeah, I feel the same way. I'm still crazy excited for the new album, but I'm not thrilled by this sample.I would have liked to hear something more. I wouldn't have minded had they used this song... whatever this song turns out to be, so long as they'd played more than the redundant guitar chords, and one line at the beginning. It did sound pretty good in the studio vids.

arrie44
Gee whiz 2 notes played over and over for a whole minute.....that's pretty weak. I know this album will be amazing but that clip is not a good way to kickstart this puppy. But I'm a Green Day junkie so I'll listen to it on repeat for 2 weeks. I doubt they'd put us through that in the finished article.

Fuzz
As a couple people have mentioned in the comments, it kinda sounds like a build-up, right where the preview ends, the song picks up with some faster tunage.Might be wishful thinking. But sounds good to me.
minus52
man that is so awesome! i reckon they cut out the vocals because it can't repeat the guitar for that long in a real song

djrossstar
It truly is amazing how a small sample, without vocals, is still better than every Blink-182 song.
