FJ
they were set to play the bullet in a bible show at milton keynes but backed out cause they knew theyd get booed/bottled off stage cause theyre shit! Then why did Taking Back Sunday go ahead and play? There are two rumours circulating as to why they didn't play Milton Keynes:1) (according to Simple Plan) They were never booked to play Milton Keynes. Which is odd, because they were named as support on the tickets/flyers.2) (according to Kerrang! magazine) They did something to really upset/irritate BJ at some point during the tour before Milton Keynes, so he threw them off the bill.Anyway, Hard-Fi got the slot instead and kicked ass. Tripe
If we're taking into account the Foxboro Tour, Smoke Up Johnny opened for at least two shows. And Mystic Night of the Cobra. Also, a band from Wisconsin opened for Green Day at the very end of the US American Idiot tour in Dayton (rescheduled date since BJ was ill for the first go-round). I don't remember their name but I may be able to dig it up.Edit: I just read the concert reviews on GDA from this show and apparently this band was not very memorable since no one can seem to remember their name. One review says it was The Network, wrong. The Network was slated to be the opening act for this rescheduled concert for a little while, but these other guys were thrown on the bill at kind of the last minute. Tripe
No idea. They didn't go over too well. I'm sure they weren't horrible but people just didn't know them at all and the crowd was itching for Green Day!
