wtf? okay now this is getting out of control. Everyone except me, loves the Foxboro Hot Tubs, and just because Green Day isn't working on the new album, you say the side project is better? 2 years ago, all of you were saying that BIAB was the best concert ever!!! and I still believe on that. Just fdon't be fucking hipocrytes

Green Day is better of course!!!

2 years ago we didn't know about the Foxboro Hot Tubs. Geez, it's the same group of guys. it's not like people are detaching themselves from Green Day.

Ha ha I like Bullet In A Bible, but it's one of my least favourite Green Day concerts to watch. The only plus point for me is it's filmed properly and more clearly, but I'd much rather watch a blurry concert on Youtube that's in a smaller venue and not messed around with. Whoever put BIAB together thinks I'd rather watch Green Day posing around a museum than playing Knowledge ffs!! I see that while Sam Bayer cut out songs, he made sure he left in a section about himself working on the concert! Maybe if they'd enlisted a less awful director I'd like it more.

It's not hypocritical for a Green Day fan to like the Foxies. They ARE Green Day, so it's all good.

How could ya choose?

I cant anyway, ive been to neither

Seriously, both have their appeals. FHT is a sort of intimate/crazy vibe, then a Green Day show is a less intimate, but more rockin vibe. So id like to go to both.

Id go crazy if FHT came to ireland though. Theres probably not enough people here that know about them yet, so all you gdc peeps can come over if they do a show to fill the place up :woot:

yes, but all of you care more about the FHT, and even if they're the same guys it's not the same band!!!!

The Foxboro Hot Tubs stuff is happening right now so obviously people will be excited about it. When new Green Day material is released people will be just as excited, or more likely even more excited. Instead of feeling sad about it, while we wait for a new 'proper' Green Day album we can enjoy the fabulous Foxies. Join us and freeeaaak out brothers and sisters :D

I agree with you on that. I like BIAB, but that bit about himself was just a big shot of ego and self-aggrandizement.

And I don't understand the complaints aobut the FBHT myself. It's Green Day, they're having fun putting out some great music and some great shows. What's not to like?

I don't really remember, but I think I someone quoted him saying that during the New Orleans show (or Little Rock show, I forgot). It's one of the articles that were posted in the news.
