Danlovesyou
the thing is in England for the past 2 years, theres been a crazy indie flow... all the uni students, are now into indie, dress indie, hair indie, movies indiana jones, talk indie, make sweet sweet love indie... DAMN YOU POP MUSIC DAMN YOU TO HELL! i dont class S club seven as POP anymore i class bands like the kieser chefs, the kooks, etc... they all sound the same to me, all (no matter where they are from) put on a southern voice when they sing...one thing i love, i was at the traffic lights the other day, minding my own business 2 indie people (for the sake of it call then indians) well these 2 indians pulled up next to me. i had my music on quite so no-one outside the car could hear it, id just finished work so i had a polo neck on. they were listening to The Hoosiers head banging and giving me the rock horns. so i ignored them... 15 seconds into this they rolled down the window and said whats up chav dont you like decent music... so as the lights trned amber i wacked up the volume, luckly enough i had on Drowning pool - Bodies! that shut them up! bloody posers! Ayame
^ LULZ Indiana Jones.I've only had this assumption thing once, but from what I've been told, my friend's sister called me a loser because I listen to Green Day.Ah well, she can say whatever she wants. vee13gd
Aww, it sounds like they're just being friendly and trying to start a conversation with you. If they like those songs, who knows, maybe you could get chatting about the band? They might even end up checking out some more Green Day songs if you tell them about them then I don't like friendly people. but that person really knows olny two songs! I asked. and I don't think that she would ever listen to any other songs, she is in to hip hop and that kind of stuff.
Hermione
^ That's funny because I'm into hip hop , apart from Green Day it's my favourite kind of music. Oh well, it doesn't matter if she only likes those two songs, it's better than nothing. You never know, one day in the future she might think of those two songs and decide to find out more about Green Day. And if not, it doesn't matter, everyone has different taste

Hermione
^My god, it is annoying though isn't it? I haven't been able to stomach listening to the radio or following the charts since this trendy indie crap caught on. All those boring bands that sound the same, I can't stand them! iLozza!
^Who would blame someone for assuming that? Ska? chickin'pickin'
Todays indie music is an insult to indie.Indie caught on for a very good reason, though.
