Ok....now is enough...

Im fine...everything is great:)

guarantee you that i am cooler than billie joe (most of us here are.... except for andres), plus we know you exist, therefore balance out the obsession for him with an obsession for this place.

hah though my guarantee isn't much i just hope you can start smiling again when watching/looking/listening to greenday/billie joe.

I have already started saving up for the next tour, man :shifty: I wanna go to as many shows as possible, I was to 3 last. I know I will be going over to Ireland to see Erin, the she will be over here and we will go to as many shows in England as possible. Then we are planning on going to one or two in Europe. Then if they do statiums shows this time we wanna go to one of the US ones. But i would rather go see 'em in their home town.

So I don;t have alimit really, I am just saving as much as I can.

and seeing them walk around like they own the place with 40,000 people around makes me feel giddy.

made me lol

My first concert was a borderline religious experience, and I was probably 50 yards from the stage. Best night of my life, though, hands down. Even better than the FHT show in Austin, though that show was special for different reasons. It was more personal to me, in a way... It was a blast, fun, great shit, I even met Tre. But I guess I do prefer it when they're Green Day, and next time I see them, I am waiting in fucking LINE to get in there first so I can be near the front, damn it. I get claustrophobic, too, but I'm willing to give it another go lol

And I'd pay as much as I could realistically afford. I'd even sell shit if I had to. I was willing to do almost anything to get to Austin, and I got there. So a Green Day concert? I don't know what lengths I'd go to... hmm... never tested it...

yeah, and I'm about to start saving for the next tour, too. I plan on seeing them at least twice. So giggity! I got lost time to make up for, damn it.

And grr you Americans are so spoiled with the amount of Green Day shows you get :D

Yeah. I'm inclined to agree with you there.

Although I think overall I'd prefer a smaller venue, purely because of my awful vision. It would be nice to actually be able to see them - like I saw the Foo Fighters at Wembley but couldn't actually see them.

I guess I'd be willing to pay £100-150 to see them, but it would obviously depend of how much money I had or where they were playing. And of course who was supporting them.

Yeah, it really was.

£40 (guesstimate, I don't remember exactly how much it was) was a lot of fucking money, But I guess it was well worth it.

It depends on what type of show.

Like it it's a small show...I'd go out of my pocket. Haha

If it's an arena show...hm..no more than 85 bucks.

I would pay face value, which was only like $40 on the AI tour. Compared to most bands, that's really cheap. I paid a couple hundred bucks to see Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen on their current tours.

If I missed tickets the first time round I would email Warner Street Team, tell them I wanted to work at that show and then distribute fliers between set changes in return for free entry.

Or call in a few favours from contacts.

Ta da!!

Well I have yet to see GD as GD in concert,so to me they are priceless. I would pay quite a bit to get really close seats. But I'll never be as close as I was at the Brick House for FHT's I'd say a thousand or more

You should not care too much for someone who, please excuse my rudeness, don't care for you at all.

there is no RULE about it.

I think Green Day care about us, to a point, because we got them where they are now. The fans. They care about us as much as any band can care about their fans. I think they're better to their fans than a LOT of artists are.

So yeah, I agree, there is no RULE that says you shouldn't care about someone that doesn't care about you...

Besides, they do care. I know it.

and I would  them even if they didn't. so nyah. :)

if i had lot's of money, which i don't, i'd give it all to see green day...

i'm sure i would have to go to another country, becuase they've been here, only like twice...

if it would cost me 2000 $, i would pay it...

(guess it's kinda obvious that i'm used to having money, but anyway...i would)

Including travel, I'd say you and many others, including me, have paid close to that already. I think an interesting thread might be how much have you paid to see Green Day... :D

I'd pay anything if i had the money, but since i usually have to borrow the money quickly off family the most i'd have to pay is around £80.
